I bought a hot tub from emerald 2 years ago, it was a awful experience. In the worlds of their own GM " the salesman over sold and under delivered". Fast forward to 2 years to today, the hot tub is having issues, Emerald is refusing to do warranty work 20 miles away across state lines in vancouver wa. Now to be fair, they told me they do not deliver into washington due to insurance issues, so i arranged my own delivery. At no point did they ever say or have me sign a waiver that they would not service the hot tub. The GM claims that he verbally told me this, i respectfully disagree, at no point would i spend 11k on a hot tub and waive my rights to have it serviced. He said she said at this point. He is saying he will send me the parts, but i have to have it serviced on my own. I have touched based with several techs in the area and NO ONE wants to touch the brand hot tub i bought from emerald. This review will remain up until Emerald lives up to the warranty they sold me. Beware before you buy, emerald will tell you what you want to hear and then plead ignorance when something goes wrong. I will be reaching out to the BBB next, followed by seeking legal council if there is no resolution here.

Good help with all your pool needs and lots of knowledge on help with your water chemistry . I have gone to other pool places but no thanks. Even though its further from me i still make the drive there for my pool needs

I sent photos in for a delivery weeks ago. The driver called me before my delivery to talk about it, despite trying to coordinate in advance. Delivery took over two weeks, which was disappointing. I was told it would be first thing in the morning and received a call the day of the delivery and they said they were on their way. It's only about 45-60 minutes away. Nearly two hours later, they arrived. I wouldn't purchase for here if not for their contract with Costco. Employees gave me conflicting information and the one who worked at the Costco event seemed to not even care about what he was selling and did share much info. I ended up driving from Costco to the Emerald store to get better and more thorough information.

Purchased my hot tub from emerald a few years ago. Had a leak and they were quick to make an appointment for repair. Technician (KC) was polite, timely and engaged—he discovered that my hot tub was still under warranty, and addressed an issue with my pump that I didn’t even realize I had. Highly recommend for both service and purchase.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Emerald recently dispatched a towing company to remove my car from their parking lot. I acknowledge that there were warning signs in the lot, but it was after hours and my family was filling one car to drive through the holiday light show at the neighboring fairgrounds property. Plus there were other cars in the lot. I, and my family, have been Emerald customers for many years. We will no longer be doing business with them. I recommend Hot Stuff instead

I came in with a problem regarding chlorine issues, and was told by the parts department my tri-chlor tablet feeder, and the tablets would soon be outlawed in the state of Oregon. "just like California" he claimed, then proceeded to try and sell me on a cal-hypo option without stabilizer. I decided to do my research and I can't find a single new law going into effect in this regard. It is frustrating that someone tried to sell me thousands in new equipment based off false information.I'll take down this review if I'm corrected, but it appears I was misled

Got a nice hot tub. Install guys where cool and products are good. Very happy with what I bought. Sales team seemed highly annoyed I had questions.
