“11/10 stars. This is the best business I've ever been to. Not only are they helpful, kind, and informative, but they also have a wide selection of products for almost everything electronic. I had a blast going through have a flat out fun store to go wandering through the store. Jim and his wife Bonnie were honestly a joy to talk to. They have built a community id love to be apart of. It reminds me of the bar from cheers but with electronics. Norvac electronic parts has gained a new life long customer. I truely cannot rave enough about how much I love this place after one visit, and regret not coming in sooner”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent equipment - knowledgeable staff - fantastic to work with.The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce hired Cascade Sound and Stage Lighting for our Distinguished Service Awards Ceremony last weekend, and they were fantastic to work with. They provided a camera man and two large screens to showcase our awards ceremony. We typically have a seated dinner indoor, but due to COVID, had to get creative and do a drive-in ceremony at the Expo Center parking lot. They were instrumental in making this a success!! Due to it being something we haven't done before, we had a couple of glitches with technology, which Brady quickly resolved. Even in bright sunlight, the screens showed up and looked fantastic - it was a game changer for our ceremony. I worked alongside Brady to toggle back and forth between the camera and PowerPoint - he is professional, a calming presence, knows his stuff and pleasant to be around.”

“When we first switched our carriers to Metro things got all screwed up, even went without a phone for a while because of the the situation. When we finally got it all worked out, I went in to pay my first months bill and to ask questions about accounting issues, my family decided to try another Metro by T mobile store, hoping to get some answers? We meet the most helpful, respectful, likable, knowledgeable about what we should have already been told, quick to detangle the mess the other people's mistakes, set things straight the way we wanted the plan to go and did a great job at letting people coming into the store that she's a little bit busy but if they are willing to wait for her it's going to be a little bit or she gave them an option to go to the other closest metro by T Mobile store. This lady knows her stuff and she does it with a smile on her face and a welcoming tone in her voice. Thank you dear lady! We left very much happier and satisfied.”

“I've been a customer for almost 15 years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they don't do much in the way of incentive programs for current customers unless you want to add a line. And by this I mean, they have all kinds of perks for new customers, free phones, etc. Or you can get a free smart watch, etc, if you add a line. But what if I don't want to do that? How about paying off my current phone? Or giving me a $25/month credit for a year. Something. Otherwise, where's the incentive for me to stay? You might have noticed I said I've been with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years. This is because I'm too lazy to switch companies. Not because they've made it worth my while to stay financially. However, they do have top-notch customer service. And that is really worth a lot. Plus, I have a really high line of credit with them after all this time. Lol. So, like most things in life, there's the good and the bad. You just have to choose which is more important... and clearly, after 15 years, I guess we can all see what's more important to me.”

“The F & Security guys are great. Prompt, neat, efficient, friendly, helpful, resourceful, responsive. We have used them for security, sound and most recently, television install and sync with sound system. They troubleshot some issues, reprogrammed a universal remote and didn’t leave until everything was working properly, and they made sure I knew how things worked. We would recommend them highly.”

“I've had my car serviced twice now by Dave Power Automotive & Marine on 12th St. An oil change and vehicle safety inspection the first time, and a transmission flush today. They are a very busy shop, but Henry and the crew members are all helpful and address my concerns and answer my questions with clarity and patience.
I appreciate that they don't talk down to me or treat me dismissively as I've experienced at other shops in the past. I feel that my vehicle and safety on the road is in good hands.
They will not do work that doesn't need doing, and they give clear guidance on what needs to be done, both urgently and at a later date. They are trustworthy.
