I haven't been inside a DMV for a very long time. But today, I took my son in to get a new I.D., and I was so pleasantly surprised with how nice the staff were.
Well, at least the ones we spoke to.
I can't tell you how appreciative that is.
I highly recommend this location for your DMV needs :)

There was a long line and a lot of people. To my amazement, this place was fast. They are efficient, and every single representative was so kind. Each encounter with someone was so pleasant; everyone there is just friendly. We were there at the most for 30 minutes. I am impressed. Definitely recommend this DMV. Thank you!

With our appointments scheduled and all our information ready we got through very quickly and easily. The man that helped my husband was very courteous with high customer service. The woman I was called to wasn’t the least bit cordial, she wasn’t able to enter my tribal ID so luckily we had other info we could use. We got there soon after they opened so just figured she got up on the wrong side of the bed. Unfortunately the stereo typical government worker.
Next we had our pictures taken and this woman was a pleasure to work with. She was so kind and the process was very smooth. We appreciated her very much and because of her we left with smiles on our faces. We’re sorry we didn’t get her name, she was wonderful.

It's a DMV. Had an appointment time at 2pm, got there 1:55pm to be ready to go. Didn't get called up until 2:10pm and still didn't wasn't able to get everything done.

Dear DMV, I would highly consider removing your online appointment option if you are not going to mention that three forms of ID are needed at the appointment. How ridiculous.

Though the wait was somewhat long (at 8am), my experience was really pleasant. The staff is well organized, and the clerk who assisted me was kind and very helpful. I would gladly wait again for this kind of service!

The way they have the DMV set up now is surprisingly efficient. Very, very quick.There is no long hours waiting to be called. Very much appreciated

Very efficient. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. I was there shortly after 3 pm.
