Absolutely excellent service. Respectful, professional, punctual - I was even given an estimated time my tire service would be completed - AND they finished ahead of schedule! My experience yesterday with Discount Tire (having 4 new tires installed) was one of the best business transactions I've had in a long time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Discount Tire.

So I took my tire in and walked next door to Jack in the box my wife and I were the only ones there and before i could take my first bite of my burger I was getting a call saying that my tire was done I couldn't have been more than 5 minutes I'm highly impressed ?

Very happy with the Discount Tire on Lancaster. I made my tire purchase and mounting appointment for the following day on their website which was fast and easy. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was attentive and customer service focused, tending to each customer's needs thoroughly and patiently.
A very well operated and staffed store that I can highly recommend.

yesterday I went into discount tires on Lancaster in Salem looking for a new set of tires for my old toyota SUV. I was on a budget and in a time crunch, which is normally a bad combo if you want good service.. I was very impressed with Josh Fink's level of service. He was very friendly and professional, he got me a great deal on my new set of tires but more importantly he managed to get me in and out in under the time he had estimated, very respectful of my time. The level of service this company provides is second to none. Highly recommend!
