I did purchase a used vehicle there years ago, was ok then. I put a deposit down last December and instead got a car from power was told I could receive my deposit back through calling. Then they said I have to come back in to receive my deposit. Said it was then too late. Don’t know if they have different owners now but, not the same experience and will never go back and never send my friends and family there anymore. I wanted my money back but now that just shows me who they are. Sad it’s not like it used to be.

Dave Morton has sold me several great used vehicles. He is my go-to guy when I need a used car. My Dodge Challenger is all i could ask for, and then some! I've bought several cars over the years, and none have ever let me down. I'll be back again next time, Dave! Thank you so much! .

Total lack of knowledge and customer service. They advertised a car and then didn't even have it available because it was "in the shop". But because they "were getting such a high number of interested people, Ethan said I might want to put down a totally refundable $100 deposit. That way I would be first in line when the car got back from the shop.
I've asked for more information or an update repeatedly, and they never know anything except "it's in the shop".
Today I called and was told that their shop is really busy and sometimes they're waiting for parts or some other reason. When I asked if they could call and get an update from their shop, they're not even willing to make a simple phone call to get an update... telling me that if they do call, they'll just take longer or be put at the back of the line. Maybe they need to find a new repair shop.
I'll be getting my money back today and hope nobody uses these inept people for any reason.
UPDATE- my husband went to get my deposit back. All of a sudden, they knew the status of the car and it's repairs... they knew what work had already been completed and what they're going to try next. LOL

my daughters, first car buying experience. Was very proud of her, financed it all on her own with good credit. The buying process was quite pleasant. We unfortunately ran into a major issue with the car shortly after the purchase. The transmission on the car failed. It was a very expensive fix but Dave Morton paid for over half of the cost to fix the vehicle. This dealership is top notch and stands by what they sell. Dave Mortan is a dealership that strives to do what is best for their customer.

I have been searching for months and thought I had finally found the perfect truck at this dealership. I put down a deposit with the salesman who said they could hold it until the weekend. I live in Montana so I spent hundreds of dollars on last minute plane tickets after confirming multiple times that the truck was available and would be held for me until the weekend. The next day, after messaging the salesman to confirm payment details, I got a response saying that the truck had been sold out from under me. I called immediately and talked to the owner who offered to refund my deposit, but upon mentioning the plane tickets, said it’s “not his fault and not his problem.” He was extremely rude and condescending over the phone and completely unapologetic to the situation they put me in. He tried to make the claim that they “didn’t know it was already sold when they sold it to me,” however based on the timeline of this whole situation I can guarantee that’s not what actually happened. I have worked in the automotive industry for years and can confidently say that NO reputable dealership would ever do something like this. The owner of this dealership has no integrity or respect for the customers. I wasted hours of my time and hundreds of dollars on a sketchy dealership with an arrogant, dishonest, shady owner, just to be told in the end that it’s “not their problem.”

This is the place to go for service that is above the rest. Got my first car two years ago and was treated with respect and honesty. They care that you are happy with the car. This year my daughter was ready for a new car and we found another gem from Dave Morton's. We had a problem just a few days in and they took care of me. I got royal treatment. This is the only dealership we will ever go to in the state of Oregon.

Purchased a vehicle in January from Dave Morton Auto Sales. Had some issues with the air conditioning and it had to be put into the shop a couple times.
The owner Jamison Ennis totally made good on the repair! He had it taken to Carlsons auto repair and they did a good job of fixing it. Jamison then followed up with a conversation to make sure all was good.
Thank you Jamison! I so appreciate you making good on the air conditioning unit! Both Jamison and Sean from Carlsons said if I had trouble to contact them!
If you want to buy a car. Talk to Jamison!!! He’s a good guy! Thank you Jamison. So so much!!

Just bought an BMW for Dave’s and I love it. All around good experience. Super cool and down to earth guys. Definitely not your stereotypical car salesman trying to get as much money as they can out of you. Would recommend to first time buyers or somebody looking for a good car for a fair price
