Absolutely the worst ice cream shop in Salem. The drive-through line is extremely long every single time I have been here not to mention whoever's making the treats is not making them correctly and is messing them up every single time. Customer service is terrible. I hope this place gets shut down.

Wow!! Dairy Queen out south sure has gone down hill. Terrible service. No one answers the drive thru and I was the only one in line (had to pull up to the window) and they were out of the of the ingredients for both types of blizzard I wanted. Bad part is its been this way for awhile now. Terrible experiences at dairy queen. Hope you figure it out. Bad buisness equals no buisness.

Sign outside that said "Now hiring at 14." Called and they hire at 16. wasted a good 20 minutes waiting for the employee to pick up the phone

3/12/24 7:27 pm When I got home with my food, I noticed every piece in my salad was Brown. so I called the store and the lady gave me the attitude like "oh well" and a really long awkward pause and then she said well If you want you can come in and get a new salad made or I can refund you for just the portion of the salad (was $.89 add on for side) I definitely don't want their lettuce or the have to leave again so I said I would take the refund and she said I still have to come in the store. It's not the fact I lost out on less than a $1 it was her attitude and the fact the store is selling lettuce like this and didn't seem to care

Customer service was great the young man was absolutely fantastic and made the order perfect and we had smile on his face I even rang the COOL Little the Bell THEY HAVE TO GUVE THW EMPLOYEES KUDOS FOR DOING A GREAT JOB

Left a review awhile ago after the expensive blizzard that I ordered had very little ingredients and wasn’t mixed up well at all. We tried them on 6 different occasion and every time the expensive blizzard was not worth it. It was though they don’t care anymore even after asking for extra OreoTonight we try them again and again the blizzard was not mixed up half melted. I’m very little Oreo, even after asking for more extra Oreo.Long drive, but there’s a Dairy Queen out off of Highway 26 on the way to Cannon Beach. That still cares their blizzards are cheaper and when you ask for an Oreo blizzard it’s well mixed and done right every time.we have no reason to visit this Dairy Queen ever again. They have gone downhill for years now and seem to just continue to get worse with their customer service and quality.

Very good service these days, I’ve seen the improvement! Very friendly staff and I appreciate that knowing how busy and hectic it can get. It’s all kids that work there but who ever is the manager really must be doing what they can to improve service. I appreciate all your hard work!

Ok it’s time to REDDQ!!!! They absolutely sucked through most of 2023 but last quarter of 2023 and now so far 2024 they ROCK!! Like OMG upper management got the right team in there and the younger managers are motivated and so amazing at customer service. My family reluctantly went in there back in December and were pleasantly surprised by the service coming back we thanked the team and shared with them how it made all the difference. Then tonight Jan/19/2024 my daughter went in and they treated her AMAZING ? ?? ??. We ordered a very complicated blizzard with double Oreo and TRIPLE peanut butter. Most people complain about making this for me but tonight oh my was I touched that the young girl team not only accepted my order (through my daughter) which made us feel non-pressured for ordering difficult stuff and so so happy. Last the blizzards and food was amazing!! Like the old DQ we used to love which means even the cook is doing an awesome job and cares about his/her customers. Anyway THANK YOU DAIRY QUEEN! We love you guys again and so so happy ? ? ? ?

I got a hot fudge sundae and it hardly has any hot huge in it after paying for the extra... then the guy didn't even want to help me as I placed the order on the app to pick up in store I believe his name was Andy. I asked him if this is what they consider extra hot fudge and he said yeah and when I told him there was no way it was he said well it is and walked away!!!! Do better.
