Good people, but Absolutely bogus fees. I wanted to purchase a crf 250f which has a msrp of $5000 plus $300 for destination so a total msrp of $5300. I understand the dealer has to make their money but charging $1000 above msrp is crazy. My total came out to $6300 (ignore $6500 price in the picture because that included shipping to my house). After they told me that the total was $6300 I just left. I called up all the dealers in Oregon and here is a list of ones that charge a reasonable price. Sports Man Honda in Florence had the cheapest new crf 250f in Oregon costing $5450 after all fees. i5 Sports in Albany came in 2nd at $5624 and Colombia River Motorsport was reasonable too charging $5640. I hate it when instead of just admitting they marked up the price dealers try to hide it in the fees.

I stopped into Cycle Country to purchase a motorcycle. No sales person quickly jumped on me the second I walked into the door and I was able to look around under no pressure. Once I had made my choice Matt was very helpful and got the ball rolling quickly. The team at Cycle Country gave me a fair price on my trade in and a good price for the Suzuki I purchased. While the friendly people in the service department where getting my new bike ready for delivery Matt took me around and made sure I knew all the different departments they had and introduced me to the gentleman in the parts department. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a good experience.

I had a great experience at Cycle Country. I asked for a full service on my motorcycle, and they were top notch! Great staff, comfortable waiting areas.
I highly recommend sales and service.

Purchased several motorcycles over the years from cycle country and asked them to help me figure out an electrical problem last week. The quote went from something like 167 for an hour ( more than enough time to use a Multimeter and check a few things out), to like 260 + the day I was getting ready to schedule. This isn't a Bugatti I'm bringing in and that kind of discrepancy in billing from one representative to the next makes me very uneasy.
Needless to say I took it to another company who's charging me a hour at a time and they're also keeping me in the loop. Needless to say I won't be back which is to bad for CC, because I'm getting ready to purchase some new ATVs. So you lost the service money and you also lost the sales of two separate all-terrain vehicles. KUDOS, 20 year old customers signing OUT!
Your rebuttal of my review makes no sense. The problem was I was quoted one price and then a few days later the same exact service was $100 plus more. That has nothing to do with the conversation that has to do with your representatives obviously not having any standard protocols on training. The customers always wrong response never goes well. What you should have done is said I would love to talk to you and let's see if we can get your bike in here to get it fixed, but instead you passed the blame back to the customer. Extremely unprofessional.

Hey Nik and all the folks at Cycle Country. Had an excellent experience buying my new Suzuki VStrom 800 Touring. The bike kicks a## and Nik was great to work with. It's 50 miles further away than my local dealer but the back road there is a blast so I will be heading there for my service needs. Thanks again to Nik and the Cycle Country family!!

After talking to Nick a salesman I was trying to buy a used KTM 200 Duke for my wife to learn on. I personally went to see the bike and was told a out the door price of $4200. I said " I have to head to a motorcycle race but my wife will be here in 30min to test out the bike and sit on it and as long as it fits her well we will take it".
My wife shows up without me and the bike fits her very well and says let's start some paperwork and move forward with the purchase. Then won't let her take a picture of the invoice they created to send me because people have been posting all their bogus fees, I wonder why... Somehow with a list price of $3899, $900 down the total out the door cost was then over $5000! Somehow couldn't actually explain where all the fees were coming from and then was pushy to get my wife to sign paperwork without me there once we learned "the real" out the door price then proceeded to tell me over the phone if I see a better deal at a different shop we better take that deal and wouldn't even try to work with us especially since at that price your better off buying that bike brand new. Very sad when a shop has that many "hidden" fees.
Called power Yamaha and they told me what they're out the door price is on the same bike and let's just say we're definitely staying with power Yamaha and their salesman Robert was extremely helpful.
If you want to pay more than any other shop choose cycle country, if not just do the right thing and go to power Yamaha. Use to love cycle country but clearly alot has changed since the last time I was in there or hopefully this is just a one off situation but reading other reviews appears this is their way of doing business.
Edit: that's very interesting that you're calling me a liar and embellishing the situation. We had a friend that was with her that also agrees the same. If the price was $4,700 then when I called Nick on the phone why did he not say that? I was told over the phone after she had left that it was actually $5100 so I'm not sure where you're coming up with the $4700? Again you would not let her take a picture of the invoice to send to me so how would we actually know since you never gave us a copy, I'm going off what was verbally told to me. Of course you don't let customers take pictures of invoices because then I would be able to post that invoice just like a previous review did.
Btw thanks for spelling my name correctly ;)

Easy buying, held a bike for me and was extremely patient explaining everything. The credit union we went though has been a little sour but doesn't reflect on Cycle Country at all. Matt took care of me!

Great experience buying my 2013 Honda CBR250 today at Cycle Country! Matt was a great help with getting the test ride set up and talking finances. I had a specific budget and he was able to help me stay in my budget range as well as get the bike delivered to me within the afternoon. I’m glad I came to Cycle Country to buy my first bike, highly recommend Matt for all your Motorsport needs, thank you!

Great place and great service. They have a decent selection of popular bikes and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I was going to put down a deposit until I could come back with a trailer, but they offered delivery! Overall great service and experience here. I would recommend.
