I had a great experience at Cricket thanks to Juan! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I walked away with exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way Juan does. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Juan if you want excellent service!

The sales associate David is so fast,professional and friendly. I hope to see more associates like him in the future. He assisted my elderly mother with a new phone and was patient and so helpful. Greatly appreciated his customer service skills and professionalism.

500 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐plus some! I went in after multiple attempts to switch off a family plan to individual. Told I couldn't multiple times. He had me in and out in a flash. He was very warm inviting caring! Thank you Collin, 💕

My boss has been dealing with a problem regarding a brand new 15 Pro being locked for 6 months. He went in and wanted to get the situation resolved. He told me that a worker named Collin was super nice, stepping in at the moment to get the job done right for him. He appreciates the help very much!

I went in and asked to get my due date for my bill changed and was glad to see they've hired a nice, new MGR. He did very well in resolving my problem and so I just wanted it to be noted that I consider him to be an outstanding young man... BTW it wouldn't hurt if maybe the company could assist him to complete a goal he previously had to earn a degree...I believe it would be wonderful if you did?

Discusses returning my A54, well within the return period, and I am being instructed to wait until I am outside of the return period to return it, thus nullifying the return process. I do hope a superior will hold these employees accountable to the lawful business acts in place.

Sometimes you wait 30 min or more, when someone is at the counter. Most times, only 1 person is working. And, if someone is getting a phone... That takes time.

Eli Rinner is a very amazing guy, and helped us out with any issues that we had, he was also very patient and very kind. 10/10 customer service(he even opened the door for us)
