The rude, unprofessional, young boys who work at the Lancaster location treated my boyfriend as if he was a stupid low life because his phone has issues and he couldn't figure out the problem. He left the store so pissed off and feeling like an idiot without any help! I do not recommend this place at all. If you go here expect to walk out feeling defeated and with the same problem you walked in with. Don't say I didn't warn you.
