I would recommend buying elsewhere. I had an appointment (at a time they suggested) and it took over an hour for them to even start on the vehicle. Watching them work, I can see why they’re so slow. The techs spend about half their time talking with each other, and not actually performing any work. So not only am I here way longer than is reasonable, I also have no confidence my tires are being installed correctly or safely. Any potential saving aren’t worth it, shop somewhere else.

I couldn’t do make an appointment for tire rotation through costco website which repeatedly leads wrong same new pages, stupid!!!

Phenomenal customer service! We ended up getting two flat tires two weeks after getting new tires at Costco. Neither was Costco’s fault, but Cameron patently helped us through the process of tire repair and replacing our spare with something that was safe and economical long-term. I really appreciate the time he took to explain things to my daughter and me.

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE. They are always busy, so good luck maintaining a warranty, because you can’t just come in and get a tire rotation when you need it. You have to schedule in advance. They use nitrogen in their tires which is a good thing, but when there is only one place that carries it. When I personally finally came in to get my tires rotated, I came back to my glove compartment ripped apart and my stuff on the seat, and I checked my specialized key for tires, it wasn’t in the bag in which it was in. I had to return to ask where it was, and the mechanic who worked on the car just said it’s in the box and turned and walked away, when I said “are you sure cause it wasn’t in the bag it was in?” And he said “it’s in the box”. What am I paying Costco for? Worse customer service than the tire shop down the road? And that’s just for the ability to buy tires.

Out of 10 plus experiences at Costco for tires it's always been 10/10.
Salem Costco tire center 0/10. Either go to Wilsonville or Eugene, this location is a joke. Terrible customer service. Rude employees that are either stressed or bringing home to work. /Sigh

First set of tires from Costco & first issue ever with Michelin. I had the opportunity to work with several members of the Costco team. Brent was personable, understanding, patient, and spent a lot of his time during a busy time for the tire shop to understand my concerns and ensure a resolution I was comfortable with. I never felt hurried and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. John, the assistant general manager was personable and spent quite a bit of his time understanding my concerns and didn’t leave until he felt I was satisfied with the resolution. Damian was very proactive with communication and extremely helpful over the phone. Costco has my tire business 100%. I recommend this team for all your tire needs. Great people, great service, excellent products.

I received the best customer service experience of my life at this Costco Tire Center. I had an emergency tire repair that was attended to with an hour until closing time, on a Friday night. Mike was the friendliest technician imaginable and his team took care of my flat tire with sincere care and attentiveness. They even filled my spare tire to help me be prepared in the case of any future emergencies. I was able to get back on the road with peace of mind and make it home safely, thanks to Mike and his team. I can't express how grateful I am for this experience and I highly recommend doing business here.

Probably the WORST experiences that I have had at a tire store in my life. We had been buying our tires at Costco in Salem. I am sorry to say that the customer service that we received was terrible. On top of that, we had a tire that was supposed to be replaced under warranty due to side wall damage. We picked up the car and I did not notice it until a few weeks later that the SAME tire with a cut in the side wall was STILL on the car. We paid the pro-rated difference on the tire as well. Unbelievable.We were so busy dealing with things going on in our lives (my wife on chemotherapy) that I never went back and confronted them. My experience with their staff is that they acted like they were doing customers a favor by them being there. No smiles. They acted like me and others in the waiting area were invisible. We were just ignored. Then, when we needed help, they acted like we were taking advantage of the warranty. Oh well.... We're NEVER going back to Costco.Oh yeah. If you want a tire store that has AMAZING customer service and great prices, go to Discount Tire on Lancaster. I guarantee you that when you walk in the door that you will see what I mean. They're AWESOME!

HUGE shout out and thank you to Mike. I popped my tire on my way out of Costco gas station at 8:15 am, slowly drove over to the tire center to wait until they opened at 9:30 to get some help since it was pouring rain. Mike happened to see me drive by and offered to open up the garage early to get my spare on. I think he would’ve helped me get a new tire but I’d made a big dent in my wheel. I’m so appreciative of his help, he totally saved my day when he absolutely didn’t have to.

when we got out of costco, we discovered that one of our tires was flat. Mike and the other tire center employees had us pull up i to the tire bay and took care of changing our flat for us, took maybe 15 minutes total. great customer service, and we really appreciate them scooting us in last minute to swap our spare onto the van for us!

The guys who assisted me were great. The service was faster than expected, and they were clear in their reminders of what comes next (lug check, etc.). Highly recommend!

They installed a tire pressure sensor in my spare, so the tire pressure warning light would turn off. It didn’t turn off so I brought the car back as they recommended to have them try to sync it. They are now telling me they don’t have the right tool to remove the spare tire. The same spare tire they removed a few days earlier. I called the manager and he tells me to bring the car in tomorrow, and that they can remove the tire to fix the problem, but “it might cause damage to my car when they remove the tire”. Huh?!?! All of this took 2 visits lasting over 4 hours. Never again.
