I always come to this location and they are always nice to me and I am the same way, however there is an “Assistant manager” goes by Kelly, she shut me down from the get go and didn’t let me explain that the clippers I bought 2 days ago was overheating, they didn’t provide me with insurance paper of the insurance I purchased other than it being stated on my receipt, I went in to return my clipper and they told me to contact Gamma because their insurance I purched will not do anything about it, I got scammed. Kelly was not helpful what so ever and told me to go back the next day to dispute it with their supervisor, I have already had to drive 28 miles to get to Cosmoprof only for them to tell me to figure it out!? they aren’t providing me with gas ⛽️ money either and I’m having to stay stuck with this clipper Cyborg that overheating and it cost $200.00 plus the insurance all for Nothing, now ima have to see if gamma will return it

RUDE, girl with dark hair and glasses. She acted like she was irritated that she had to ring me up. She was to busy talking with the manager at the register about her schedule. I tried to ask questions about the product I was purchasing, she cut me off and started ringing me up did not answer my questions.Basically this employee acted like she hated her job. This has happened time and time again at this location. Management keeps hiring rude, snobs who act like they are better than everyone else. Here’s a professional tip to managers, dont discuss your employees schedules while a customer needs help, save that for the back room. Your store needs a visit from a district manager, it’s way to relaxed with its conduct.

The staff here is amazing. I come in and pick supplies up for my wife. The store always looks clean and well kept. Whenever I have a question, any one of the employees will stop what they are doing to help me. Ellie is great!

EXTREMELY limited selection. Don’t waste your time at this store it’s worth it to go to the Lancaster store or even somewhere closer to Portland and just stock up. If you regularly go to this one, you might find a few things you’re looking for but even that is a maybe. They offer to order things, but it doesn’t always show up when they say it will. They say there’s nothing they can do about their lack of inventory but somehow they’re the only location that seems to have this issue. (It was like this BEFORE the pandemic as well, but has gotten worse).
