I've been with CSS going on 5yrs now, it has been an enriching experience, getting to know some great people and individuals.This was all new to me, had no experience, the managers supervisors had infinite patience with me.

Worked there for 4 years when I left to go to a different job and went to just an on call person was still going to meetings and kept up on all of myself and then came back cause the other job didn't work outwent back to being a dsp1 and back part time then I had to leave for family reason and talked with the CEO and she told me that they would not take me back again once I left to help family. Not only that but management didn't not follow through with issues brought up about house manager and staff having a relationship in the work place. This happened to me with my house manager and my now ex husband they were allowed to take two trip together and where sharing the same room or tent while on those trips. No one ever looked in to this when it was brought up. I enjoyed working with the clients in the houses that I worked but didn't not like the higher up staff.

Owners do not care !!! Clients live in squaler ,while the owners and their hairlip daughter Sheena go on trips to Vegas and Europe !! They steal and pocket client money !! If you use too much medical they can you !! And if you are hard working and do your job they fire you as well . F this place and Sheena , Nina and Holly f you to !! Oh and Nina the owner stole all her ideas on how to run a business like this from Shangri la !!

Worked here since March. Had some medical issues early in related to a medication that stopped working. They paint this bright shiny picture during training about how they are a compassionate company. Then you get in the field and get to deal with the supervisors. Somewhere along the chain of command the mission statement becomes come to work no matter what or else. Would have loved to keep working with the individual I was supporting but the management made the job more stress than it was worth to me. Jody is cool and will be the new program manager so maybe she can fix the issues but after our "talk" this morning where I handed in my key and badge I doubt it. 3 stars for the CEO and CSO lost 2 stars for poor management.
