They are absolutely the best! They repaired our 10 year old HP 3 in 1 printer as well as our HP PC very quickly. They were good thinking out of the box in repairing the on / off switch as well as replacing our failed PC`s power supply.Our PC is critical in operating our farm & they had it repaired faster than we could come & pickup!

We bought a lease return Kyocera from CBM in about 2009 and have used it for 14 years. It was a workhorse and perfect for a family with three high school and then college students. Wanting to upgrade to a machine that had 11 x 17" paper and Gregg located the perfect machine for us, delivered it and had their tech person set it up to communicate with all of the computers in our home. Highly recommend them for home use or home business use.

First let me say, the team at Commercial Business Machines is AWESOME!Here's why: They provided remote tech support for a Kyocera printer I was servicing at one of my client's office 3000 miles away -- and the machine was not even under contract with them!Back story: My nonprofit client called me to their offices to fix a paper jam in the copier. I couldn't figure out how to clear the paper jam code after following my usual protocol so I turned to Youtube University to conduct further research.I came across a video by CBM and it provided the best explanation for the problem I was experiencing, but I still had an outstanding issue.I called the phone number on the video and the receptionist that answered the call was pleasant and courteous. I explained to her that I was not a current client of theirs, and in fact, I was clear across the country in NYC, but after explaining my issue, she took my number down and said she would have someone get back to me.Within the hour, Greg called back and walked me through the steps to clear the code. When that didn't work, he had one of his techs reach out to me and show me via text step by step how to resolve my issue.This was one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have ever had in my 30 years of business -- even though I was not actually one of their customers!To any business owner considering CBM for their commercial grade copier, printer, fax, and service needs in the Greater Salem Oregon area, I encourage you to not second guess going with this awesome team of knowledgeable and courteous professionals. You will think you signed up for Allstate because you will be in such "good hands".Thanks so much Greg and team. My law office has used CBM for years, for copiers and service. Sean and Greg always go above and beyond expectations. If there's ever an issue, they fix it the same day. And we love our Kyocera copier.

My wife @ I run a small medical office. Our old brains do not adapt well to technology. Our old Xerox copier/fax finally bit the dust. After several mistakes in looking @ buying, I came across Commmercial Business Machines. What a breath of fresh air. After years of medical practice, I can spot bull. Learning the history of the copier industry was very enlighting to me. There was no push by staff, very down to earth, everything was explained simply @ concisely. Greg helped to pick out a kyocera at a great price which has been serving us well. Sean delivered to our office and was very helpful in mating the copier/fax to our computers. It was a outstanding performance. Later that same day Greg followed thru by coming by to check if we had any questions. Outstanding service like it used to be in the good old days .You definitely will get honest answers and equipment that is customized for your specific needs.
