My only regret is we didn't shop here for all of our chairs! My legs are very short so finding chairs with the right seat depth is always a challenge. Alan was incredible to work with and he kept lining up chairs for me to try. Highly recommend this store.

I have been looking for a nice chair that didn't cost a small fortune that could help me get through a work shift with less discomfort at the end. I am a large guy, and have been through a few chairs. Well, I am happy to say that my search is over! Ms. Katy at Commercial Business Furniture was able to get me fitted to the proper chair (spent a solid 30 minutes with me, trying different ones in her nice showroom). We found the one, and it was delivered less than 3 weeks later. Her delivery guy, Josh, did a great job walking me through all the features and made sure the various adjustments were set correctly for me. I plan on fully furnishing my clinic with her help in the near future!

I utterly wish I did not have to leave one star! The first time I attempted to come here I heard the owner very rudely tell their customer to wait outside, that they were too early. The second I could hear the staff saying terrible things about the previous customer. If you want to feel valued and not disrespected go some place else! Beware

Great service for finding your ideal ergonomic chair! Big reason not to buy one on line and get one here instead! I had bought a very expensive ergonomic chair on the internet, but with my sciatic and back issues, found the seat too hard and other issues. I decided to look at a chair at Commercial Bus Furniture, and found they had an "ergonomic specialist" who helped me find the ideal chair for me, with a more comfortable seat and many adjustments. Delivery was free into my home office. When I decided I needed the different arm option, they sent someone out to not only install them into my chair, but also gave me advice on adjusting my chair ideally, and only charged the difference in price between the original and different arms. (I chose an ergoCentric chair).

I own a local State Farm Agency. I met with a representative named Alan who was very helpful. They were able to fill my full order of 5 L shape standing desks, and a very large glass whiteboard. The guys sent to install my order were quick and polite. No matter your order size. This is a great place to shop.

Do not go here! They are a small scale business that will make you feel smaller if you are not affiliated with a state orientated business The staff was rude and they will not listen to you! Bring your business to someone who cares!

Wow, you will not be disappointed with this company! We have been looking for a high quality chair that has to stand the test of chair time for graduate school for a doctorate degree at the University of Southern California (USC). We have been looking about a month and it has been very frustrating search. All that changed when we went to Commercial Business Furniture. The guy that helped us listened to our needs and spent quality time with us. I'd also like to add that I was raised in a family business household that stressed quality service to our customers. It was drilled into my head on how you treat your customers from a very early age and that applied to all areas (on the phone, in person service, and product information.) This company hits five stars in all of these areas.
