Online says open till 11pm I came at 1020 and they were closed thy need to change the hours posted or stay open till closed hours so people aren't running around town to get gas

HORRIBLE service! I don’t know who owns this place but they need to seriously get rid of the younger guy with a beard. So unbelievably rude. They close at 7 now which web says 11. When I pulled in to get gas he yelled CLOSED at me and I simply said oh you are closed? He yelled back “is the sky blue, I’m holding the till in my hand” What kind of disrespectful low class comment is that to make to a customer pulling up to get gas?! What a complete JERK! He is rude every time I’ve gone here but this was definitely the worst he’s been.I will never go back again and instead give my money to a different gas station. I just don’t understand what is wrong with people today. No respect for anyone anymore….

They wouldn't pump my gas. Sat there for 5 minutes while they talked to each other and helped other cars that arrived after me. C U Next Tuesday Stupid people.

Horrible service. Really grateful we can pump our own gas in the state of Oregon now because this is the SECOND time the guy who works there entered the wrong amount of gas. It’s frustrating to have to yell at the attendant “hey this wasn’t the amount I asked for” when it not only ISNT busy, but I’ve repeated the amount - twice. What a frustrating waste of time. And as the only person there, it was not only inaccurate but I hate to wait a long time for the guy to walk up.The women who I have had pump gas in the past were awesome, but as this is the second time this has happened with this particular person I am never coming back and just going elsewhere. Even if we can pump our own gas now, this is ridiculous. How do you mess up pumping gas?? TWICE in a row?!Up the street is more expensive but you can’t buy peace of mind. I’d rather spend a bit more money than be frustrated and angry at the now multiple times this has happened.

When I visited today I was ignored. An attendant finally came and helped the person who got there after me. Then, he looked me in the eye and turned and went to help the truck that was just pulling in. When I honked my horn to get attention, the woman attendant (who has great customer service) apologized for the guy and said he was a trainee. No problem. When my tank was full my car suddenly lurched hard. I freaked out thinking somebody had hit my car. I look to see the trainee slamming the pump handle into the holder and then he cranked my gas cap about 5 times really aggressively, then slammed the little door so hard it shook the car again. He then stomped off in a huff instead of giving me my receipt. I get it that he's mad at me because I honked at him but taking it out on my car is not OK. WTF??

It seems like this distressed property used to be another branded petrol company's leftover. Despite the sad state that the location is in, the attendant jumped to help with a smile in the cold. Prices were competitive for the area, but don't go looking for a carwash or snacks.

Gas prices are usually lower here than at most places in South Salem. Never trusted Arco since they destroyed car engines by pumping watery gas a number of years ago, so I never buy gas there...plus it's relatively ghetto in many respects. I've lived here since 1972 and for much of my adult life have bought gas at this location, because I favor Chevron gas. My 330i loves the Super and so does my currently-driven-more-often FJ. One of the better, casually friendly, places to get quality gas with Techron. I'm never in too big a hurry and always friendly, and the attendants are nice and friendly. I greatly appreciate friendliness and good service...you know, the way Oregon and Salem used to be before social media caused people to become less-skillful in talking to strangers and less polite, and before too many unethical, law-breaking, rude and self-centered people moved into our state. Anyways, aside from poor reviews from impatient customers who just live life to rant and rave or from people who don't know how to communicate well or whom live life with their emotions overrunning their cognitive abilities or ability to reason or think from a differing perspective, this place is quite good when they're open. They often close early and need to update proper open hours on Google Maps more often...because they're never open until 11 and recently there have been a few days when I arrived around 6:00-7:30pm only to find them closed already. Good place and they don't deserve so many bad reviews. Do wish the self-serve carwash was still open n, but you have to blame governments slacked drug laws, improper policing which favors only going after prosecuting criminals who make the state money, and the shi++y methheads and criminals who kept breaking into the money machine. Good place for gas, tho, and friendly, too. ?

I pulled in for gas, as per usual. Others were "jockeying" for pump position as well. I pulled in behind a customer whom was adding additive to his tank. I figured that this was pre-fill, which is the norm. After he added this to his tank he and the attendant continued their conversation. I waited for the attendant to begin fueling up the vehicle, he did not. I rolled down my window and asked, "Are you going to fill his tank?" The customer looked and was apologetic, but the attendant wasn't. I asked, "Should I go elsewhere." The attendant answered, "Perhaps you should just be more patient." I'm thinking that I am not being impatient, but I do not intend to wait for an employee to finish his private conversation while others are waiting to get their gas. This should not be tolerated from an employee. 11/01/21 at around 1230ish.

The Chevron on South Commercial has always been one of my favorite gas stations. The convenience, customer service, and quality of fuel, has been consistently good. The reading I'm giving is for the car wash. I already know that one out of three vacuums is always broken there is never a sign that says it's broken it's always dirty from big dirty vehicles coming through. The vacuums smell gross when you use them. Today the change machine was out of order. I only had bills I didn't get my car washed, today. I don't understand with such a prime location for a car wash, very few in this town that you can do yourself,, why wouldn't the owner take advantage of it? It would get used so much more!
