“I love using enterprise!!! I was having a really hard week and on top of everything I had car troubles and needed a rental car. As I was sitting on the side of the road I was able to schedule a rental car pick up. After the tow truck driver dropped me off at home I was picked up an hour later by this locations manager, Jay. He even drove me to pick up my scheduled (I had scheduled it a few days before all this mess) grocery pickup order because I was running late. Even though I only needed a rental car for 2 days Jay and Enterprise made all the difference by going above and beyond, seeing I was having a hard time and truly helped me not just with a rental car but eased my worries.”
