Rob was a wonderful salesperson. Polite, no pressure, or pushy sales tactics. Asked what we wanted and that’s what he showed us - Subaru Outback. Paperwork was easy and we didn’t get a runaround. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! If I hear of anyone looking to buy, I will recommend him and Capitol.

Our salesman is Roberto. We found him to be very professional, helpful and not pushy at all. He listened to us. Showed us All the inventory available. When we finally decided on the car we wanted, he helped negotiate for the best price! It felt like he had our best interest at heart. A very pleasant experience. And now we own a gorgeous 2017 Jeep. Very pleased.

I dropped by Capitol Auto to look for a used vehicle for our son. I was greeted by Jeremy DeVoursney when I arrived. He listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect vehicle. I asked if we could come back the next day so my wife could see the vehicle as well. Jeremy came in on his day off to help us. The entire process was a real pleasure. Jeremy DeVoursney is the best!! I picked Capitol specifically so I could work with Jeremy. He is exceptionally professional, was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and very informative on what vehicle would be best based on my budget and needs. Had a consistent positive experience. Jeremy communicated consistently through text and phone. Pricing was great for the market, and they dealt with me fairly and honestly with no pressure. They even managed to get my financing at a lower interest rate than I was able to get independently at local credit unions. I will admit, I'm a pretty easy customer. I knew what I wanted, had done all my homework. But it's to their credit that there was zero drama. Best used car dealership experience I've had, bar none. I recommend Capitol Used Car Center to anyone.
