Had a great experience here! It was my first time buying from a dealership. In my shopping I visited several dealerships, even another Toyota dealership, and Capitol Toyota was by far my favorite. Everyone I engaged with - Joey, Billy, and Jona, and all the others who just said hi to me- were all awesome. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all. They all put in extra effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Called there this morning to see if a RAV4 they had advertised was still on the lot. As I was driving from Portland I didn’t want to make the drive for nothing. Talked to Tristan who said he would send me a text to give me directions and start some paperwork. I had an appointment to meet him at 12:30. While he did text me he never responded after.
So I show up, at 12:30 after driving an hour to find someone had already started paperwork on the RAV4. Unbelievable.
It may have been better if Tristan ever came down to talk to me as I waited 45 minutes for him and Alex, who is definitely new by the name tag that said so, was very helpful and tried to get him twice. So thank you Alex, you may be the only saving grace of that waste of a trip. Not a single other person even came to talk to me other than him.
This place is your classic, bullshit, bait and switch carlot, that could not care less. Highly do not recommend!

She is an awesome employee for Capital Toyota!
The parts personnel was also very helpful.
Capital Toyota is an excellent dealership.

Don't go here. I felt disrespected from the start. I put down a deposit on a corolla cross hybrid. I spent weeks trying to get updates on when the car would be in. I asked for the deposit back and then suddenly the car was available. I went in for a test drive. I was going to trade in my car. The value of my trade in through carmax is $7,200. They offered my $3,900. When I challenged that amount, they offered $7,200. My credit score is great. They offered me 8.99 apr. I challenged that and it went down to 6.04. I was told to just buy the car and refinance it next month for a lower rate. I told them that mccord toyota had the same car for $2000 less. They offered to match it. This might sound nice and accommodating, but it felt gross. I was left at a table to wait for mystery negotiations and a manager to come in. One sales person was switched out for another. Nothing felt good about this experience. I was treated like an idiot and this place was ready to rip me off. This isn't a good business.

Went to Capitol Toyota to “just look” at options. Miranda took us around the lot and ended up showing us a car that we fell in love with. Carli helped us get the financing set up, and made it work so the payments were within the budget we had in mind. They made the whole process so smooth and we ended up leaving as owners of a beautiful 2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback.

I brought my Venza in for its 30k mile service and received a bill for $770.13.
I contacted Toyota Service Centers in Albany, Gresham and Beaverton. Unanimously, they said 235$ for this service to include all they thought would be needed on a Venza in prime condition.
This organization gouges at every turn. Their equipment total for air cleaner filters, oil and oil filters came to $241.90. Oh and don't forget the aquapel glass treatment.
I contacted Toyota national service center and they said the price seemed high.
