What a huge disappointment with service and selection. I've always been curious about this store and I'm in the process of furnishing and decorating my new home, so I finally stopped in to check it out. A woman behind a desk let me know that I had chosen a bad day to come since her store was a mess with recent deliveries. I let her know it was my first visit to the store, but instead of asking about my decorating needs or explaining what services were offered, she sImply ignored me. After looking around for a couple minutes, I left, glad that nothing caught my eye so I'll didn't have to bother the woman to actually treat me like a valid customer. Oh well, there are plenty of other options out there where I can spend my money.

I arrived at the store 45 minutes before closing on a week day. I could tell this was an issue immediately, since staff mention it to me. They asked what I was looking for, claiming that I would receive a call back. I didn't feel they were really interested in my home interior needs. It has been over three weeks now and no call has been received. I feel dismissed. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review so it is difficult to do so but I had really hoped for some assistant from this company.

You have a beautiful store! I've been in a few times, and walk out with something beautiful every time. Your open house last night was lovely. You have a great touch. Everything was perfectly displayed! What better way to bring in the holidays

We are so delighted with the new Breit+Hill design studio in Salem. We have purchased many things thus far and can't wait to see how this store changes the face of Salem interiors. Everyone is so helpful and caring with specific attention to detail. They looked at all aspects of our space including scale, form and function as well as having the style work with the character of our home. We are so grateful for their expert eye and highly recommend this new store. You must go in!!

This store is amazing! Such a great selection of furniture and decor items, not to mention the owners are wonderful women with an incredible eye for design! If you don't go here for your interior design needs, you're definitely missing out. Would give 10 stars if possible!

Very disappointed! I went to their open house and was completely ignored. Not one person greeted me, even after I toured the boutique twice! I have shopped here when it was Interiors by Design and loved it but was disappointed in the "redesign". I purchased quite a bit in the past during the holidays as they carried more high end holiday decor, they appear to have none in their new design. Very disappointed in both the service and the offering. If I could give zero stars I would.
