When I needed used tires for my mail routes Bob's OK always took care of me and beat everyone else's prices by a mile. Their team even painted my rusty rims and adjusted my drum brakes at no charge. Their staff are some of the hardest working folk I've ever seen at a tire shop and I love that this place is old school cool! Thanks Lisa!

Not an upscale place, but they are my go-to for anything related to tires. I can be in and out within 20-30 mins (granted I was replacing a single tire) without dealing with appointments or apps. I think their prices are very reasonable- just paid $75 including fees for a new tire with 90% tread left and didn't even have to get out of my car. They have always been polite and knowledgeable and I always have a good experience taking my vehicle there.

Great service helped me out a lot getting my new/used tires and they were done in a timely manner over all I'll be definitely coming back if I need used tires in the future.

I ended up needing two tires after the tread on one tire blew off while I was driving home from work. They were quick not only that but they cut me a deal cause of money is tight right now. Plus I absolutely love that they were sweet to my little boy ❤️. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the service I received at your establishment. Firstly, your advertised opening hours do not match the reality of your business operations. I arrived at your premises at 8:00 am, only to find out that you were not there until 8:30 am.Secondly, I was disappointed to see the bait and switch sales tactics employed by your employees. I received a quote over the phone for a certain amount, but when I arrived, I was told that the price had quadrupled. This is unacceptable and illegal; it is known as bait and switch, a deceptive marketing practice that is illegal under consumer protection laws.Additionally, I received extremely poor customer service. While discussing my complaints with a manager, your employee waved his hand at me and refused to give me his name. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.Lastly, I was dismayed to see that a friend of one of your employees was given priority over other customers waiting. When a customer is kept waiting for half an hour, it is not acceptable to put someone who just arrived at the front of the queue. Such behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be back!

Mike was honest, up front and very affordable. The customer service is awesome and my work to was done the same day. This is my third experience with bob's ok tires and I will never go anywhere else!!!!

I needed new tires really bad on my car.. These guys really helped out.. their prices are fair and the customer service was impeccable. I cant thank these guys enough for doing everything to help make my car road safe.

I had the best experience with Bob tires I dislike the color of my car rims and wanted a change I been searching places until I gave them a call instead of spending hundreds of dollar for new rims they gave me the option to paint over the blue go straight to matte black; best decisions I’ve ever made the price was in budget there was no pressure or add ons like other places and they took their time which made the paint job stunning now I feel like I have a new car the ugly blue is finally gone this is a great place definitely recommend

Toyota capitol told me that I needed a new tire and were going to charge me a lot. Thankfully they told me to go bob’s ok tire and he turns out that the tire just needed to be patched. They were very honest friendly and efficient. They charged me way less than what I would I paid at a dealershipRecommend 100%
