Was very disappointed with this place. I paid for the premium service and it was a rip off didn't even get my rims clean which was my main reason for going. Wound up having to go to a manual wash and do it myself.

Always get a dash wipe for the inside, nicely dressed,polite workers, and, most importantly, a nice clean vehicle.

Excellent car wash. Hands down the best in Salem and surrounding areas. I always have 5 star service. I live out south where there is a good variety of car washes I could go to, I drive to West Salem to come here for the quality of service. Today, I think one worker was having a bad day. I was a bit dissatisfied with the service I received at the beginning. When I called I spoke to the owner. Not only did he validate everything I was feeling and saying, he supplemented me free car washes and spoke to the workers on my behalf. I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution, genuinely a great company, a great owner and great workers in all. We all have bad days at times. It is no reason to cause a ruckus. I am so grateful for the owner and his team. Thank you! They are simply the best. ????

This is the spot, some nice dude even soaked and scrubbed my car before going through.
Let me tell you, my car was vile and that blame fully belongs to my neurotic crow feeding neighbor. However my car was spotless after the Blue elephant, only deducting a point because the vacuum wasn’t free and I feel a type of way about that.But I’ll be back!

Unbelievably slow. The person doing the prep saw that cars were backing up and proceeded to take their sweet time spraying down the car in the bay. Then they busted out the brush and kept going so slow. I was third in line and had to bail after watching them take 6 minutes to prep one car.

I went and washed my car. The 3 guys that was working on car, Where not very good at washing. When was finished still had dirt on car. Paid $17.00 . Was disappointed.

I went about 5 minutes before closing and had a wonderful experience with the employee Sade or Sage (sorry it was loud at the wash lol). He was very professional and answered a few questions I had. He took the time to scrub my car a little extra or more than I’m used to at washes and just wanted to shout him out and hope he gets recognized for his wonderful customer service.

I'd give them 5 stars but they don't do an acceptable job getting bugs off the front of the vehicle. Windshield yes, bumper no.

One of the best washes and good price for a monthly washes which give you 14 washes a month. Or single washes.

Paid for the #1 specifically for the undercarriage wash, took a peek when I got home a couple minutes later and undercarriage was dry and unwashed (rest of the car was still wet so I doubt it dried on the drive home). The air dryer didn’t do much, one of the workers was waiting with a towel at the end and proceeded to dry like 1/3 of the hood and a little of the drivers side then walked off. Maybe it was an off night but I’m surprised they have as good of reviews as they do based on my experience.
