“I've owned the bike for 2-3 years and hadn't had any sorta maintenance done. Took my bike in for a full tune-up about 2 weeks ago. There was a schedule mess-up with whomever I was emailing. Which is not a big deal. They still took the bike in and did the service I was wanting. Picked it back up a few days later, and everything looked good. They adjusted a few things and trued the wheels.
But upon getting home, I noticed some deep scratches on the seat post. I don't know what happened while at the shop. The scratches look to be likely from a working stand. Neither my bike rack for transport or bike storage at my home would have caused this. I'm unhappy they didn't notice upon their final inspection. And also with not being told about it. I understand things happen, and mistakes are made. No one is perfect.

Update. Nate at the Bike peddler contacted me, and we were able to get the issue taken care of. Really appreciated them reaching out and finding a way to make it right. Took my bike back in, and they got the paint looking like new again. It's nice to see places that still have customer service in mind. I will definitely bring my bike back for any work or new tires/equipment.”

He showed us what would work for us and really seemed to care about what my kids needed to get them fitted correctly. No pressure environment with fair prices to boot. We traveled about an hour to get here and weren’t disappointed.”

“Walked in Saturday afternoon with shifting issues on my rear derailleur, they replaced the cables and cleaned all the housing for it (a little challenging on a Trek Domane with Ultegra). They were able to jump right on it. And I was impressed how Tom, Sam and other staff rotated to help other customers. Very happy with quick and affordable service. Cool selection of bikes to look at while waiting.”
