Steven Duck was my salesman today and it was a very enjoyable experience, I got a great bed at a fantastic price and excellent zero interest financing. I would definitely come here again if my bed gets destroyed by an asteroid.

Ok, went in for some ramen next door and accidentally bought 5608 dollars worth of mattress. Naturally I'm pleased. We went in and met a super nice guy named Duck. Before we go much further I am very fond of ducks, like unnaturally fond of ducks, I think ducks should be running the country, however,.. This guy is not a Duck! No feathers, no quacking, no webbed feet, I was a bit disappointed. You guys should fix that, seriously. Ducks are under represented in our society and you could be the wave of change that puts ducks in the retail sector. Anyway, back to the store. We went in at 15 mins to eight and looked around, I felt bad because they were about to close but he was really nice about it. He said it was cool and there was no quacking involved. We sat in the machine and it diagnosed me as mentally ill and in need of a medium firm mattress. Duck showed us around and sat there quietly while my wife and I laid in bed and made bad jokes. It took about 40 mins and I felt bad about keeping him in the store so long, turns out he is ok with it and we offered to leave and come back 15 mins later but that wasn't necessary he said. So I bought the second tier down from the top of the line mattress and paid for it right there. The amazing part is that we had our mattress 2 days later. The installtion guys were really cool and showed up early, the whole thing was painless. As a side note they were NOT ducks which I feel like you guys could change. A duck in the work place (or truck) is a positive move towards duck equality. Be the change you want to see in the world. Every duck you employ is one less duck swimming around crapping in our waterways. I know you can do it, I Believe in you. The whole experience was perfected by the ease of use, reasonable pricing and efficiency involved in mattress sales in Oregon. No hard sale, no rush to get out, no pressure it was exactly the kind of experience I want when casually spending 5600 bucks on a mattress. I will probably be quite dead in 15 years but I can rest easy knowing it's warrantied until then. Duck was the best non duck salesman I have ever seen and the place was just fantastic. Thanks again and hopefully this mattress is perfect for me and I won't have to use the 120 day exchange policy for a different one. My wife says if I don't stop playing with the bed tilt thingy she is going to harvest my organs.

Purchased a Stearns and Foster Rockwell model for over $2800 recommended by Bedmart. The mattress immediately started sagging within 3 months. The bed was replaced under warranty only after many excuses and jumping through multiple hoops. Bed is sagging again in less than 2 years. Be aware Bedmart will make all sorts of assurances for satisfaction with 120 night guarantee then create roadblocks and presents loopholes making you go through manufacture warranty. We are out the $2800.00 and now looking for a replacement bed on our own dime. We would recommend to steer clear of Bedmart and any Stearns and Foster product.Your company's response shows a complete lack of communication/disconnection with the manufacturer and customer. When we contacted Stearns and Foster for warranty we were immediately directed to you. But since you do not carry Stearns and Foster anymore (wonder why?) We were directed back to Stearns and Foster for warranty. A catch-22?? We are still out $2849.00, absolutely disgusting business practices. We have since purchased from a competitor at an additional cost.We would advise anyone to be aware of BedMart not standing by their customers. Do yourself a favor and patronize other companies.

Excellent experience at BedMart. Sales associate listened to our needs, shared the best options for our desires and our budget. We were provided with options for financing and deals that added to our purchase. We had plans of purchasing one mattress, but ended up buying two! We are looking forward to receiving the mattresses in a couple of weeks! Thank you, BedMart of Salem!

This is the first time buying from BedMart and I am very impressed by the service from Edward Nalley. He helped us buy the right mattress for our needs. We decided to go with a Sealy, but it was too soft and wanted a firmer one to support my back. Edward knew I didn't want a Tempur-Pedic because our original felt too soft and made me feel hot. Unfortunately, we had to return our Sealy mattress, it was too soft for me. Edward and his manager helped us get the best deal for our return, so we bought the "firm" Tempur-Pedic that keeps me cool. Just because it is labeled as "firm" does not mean it doesn't have give, it does. I am sleeping really well and LOVE my new Tempur-Pedic mattress and well worth the money we spend on it. Thank you, Edward and your manager, for your help. Customer service is tops!!!
