They had the part that was really hard to find and the gentleman behind the counter came out and installed it for me! It was just a windshield wiper for the rear window, but he took the extra time to figure out how to do it, even watched a YouTube video to make sure he got it right! I appreciate that kind of service!

Extremely Unprofessional, Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I want the names of the two men who made my Elderly Disabled Mother CRY, by making rude comments about her appearance, when she came in to order a thermostat for her car, in order to be able make it to her eldest grandsons birthday party next week. She shouldn't have left your store in tears, idk who you all *think you are* but this is foul and discriminatory against both the Disabled and elderly communities. Until these men can be held accountable for their inexcusably rude actions, I dont recommend EVER going to Baxter's Auto Parts.
