I am in the process of freshening my landscape to sell my home. I decided to order gravel and bark at the last minute. Bark Boys not only delivered to me within the two hour window I gave them, but made great suggestion on a better product which cost less than what I had originally planned. And the customer service person I worked with wished me good luck on my home sale! The delivery person was most accommodating in the awkward spot I had for him to put the material. Super friendly and professional as well. Awesome company and highly recommend them for your landscaping material needs!

Gave them a call Sunday morning around 10 thay had the rock to me by 10:30. Had 5 yards spread and cleaned up by 1:30. I wish the bigger truck was running could have used more but it was awesome to get it fast and get my project done. Thanks

What an Excellent delivery Driver Bill was this a.m.! He was conscientious about where the separate drop piles would be and navigated a narrow down hill drive with one of the larger trucks! Good job! Thankyou for the professional service!

Bark Boys are absolutely the best. I’ve had bark dust service from other companies, and their service was nothing compared to this company. Specifically, I had 40 yards of bark dust delivered and my landscaping is pretty involved on 1-arce and can be tricky to work. This company did a fabulous job, they took their time, they walked around the property with me and did exactly what I had asked and what they said they would do. Also, the day the bark dust was blown in was overcast and a little bit of rain which if you don’t know, can make the bark dust stick to everything. Again, they did an amazing job cleaning up and taking their time to make sure it was done right. I could not have asked for better service and professionalism.
Finally, they did an excellent job of communicating the day before and the day of and also followed up with a phone call just to check in on my experience/satisfaction. You just don’t see this type of customer service these. Thanks again Bark Boys!!!

Beware, if you order 20 yards and they choose to bring it in two loads instead of using their bigger truck you will be charged the delivery fee twice. Not happy.

Little expensive on yard waste 32 bucks on 2 yard should went down street they go by weight it would cost half that . Other services they offer 5 stars on bark and gravel.

This place has reasonably priced materials and they will load them up for free. They will even take yard debri, call ahead.

Edit: After leaving my review, the owner had reached out the very next day to make things right. That's all I could ask for and overall, I'm satisfied with where we ended up. Top notch customer service!
I'll start off by saying that the service was great and people there were very friendly which is why i even give 2 stars. However, I had issues both with my order and the product i received which was a shame because every interaction I had with this company was otherwise positive. I had ordered dark aged pine bark dust, they loaded up my truck while I waited. Went home and unloaded it, thinking it seemed a bit darker in color and finer than what I had expected. Went back for the second load, ordered dark aged pine again and noticed that it was a completely different pile they pulled from. Turns out the first load was black dyed pine which I'm not a huge fan of but I could live with it since it was already unloaded in my driveway. The most frustrating part is while unloading the second batch, I found tons of gravel and rocks mixed in with the bark dust. Some of them palm sized and a bunch of smaller pieces of gravel. So now after hours of work, I'm left with a color I didn't want and a bunch of rocks in my flower beds. I'm sure they were honest mistakes, but definitely makes me think twice about going there in the future for bark dust.

I highly recommend them for having bark blown into flower beds etc. They do an amazing job. Cleanup was especially nice. The price was quite affordable too. Thank you from Albany, Ore on April 25 2024.
