Veaney Miranda help us today with our saving account. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us options and offered us better opportunities on how to save our money. They had a glitch with their system but she got everything situated and helps us really fast.

One teller with 6 plus people in line and 3 other employees walking around pulling the only teller from time to time keeping the people waiting in line even longer!

What is the point of having a business account if your company is the only bank I know that doesn't have a business line . I'm about to take my business account elsewhere thanks for the experience BofA!

I'm not a BofA fan, but stopped in here with a friend. Seems they are responding to Citi "cafe" marketing strategy. I was treated at the door & asked about my visit. To the right was a couple of staff to answer questions. To the left were 4 teller stations, staffed by 2 tellers. The line never became more than 4 deep. Other than being BofA (I had a Wells Fargo moment with BofA in the 80's - I never got over.) The Branch seemed to be well ran.
