Went to the store to buy a part and wound up standing at the parts counter with no other customers in the store and was totally ignored for over 20 minutes. The only one doing anything was one guy having a great time helping an attractive lady mount her license plate. Finally just left and went to a different store

I haven’t got my refund yet! This AutoZone on Lancaster stole my money and will never return my money. Or maybe they don’t have skills or not know how to do a proper refund. It takes someone with brains to do it?

Well because I had walked in at the same time as another customer that happened to be male.. I tried to get somebody's attention and nobody was willing to help, they walked up to the man and started helping him and I said excuse me!? they said yeah we're helping him..so I waited.. when they were done I walked up to them and asked if I could get some help the employee said I just helped your husband mam... I just left the store.

Will Marquez of the shop did a fantastic job helping me. My rental car's Engine light came on while coming from Portland, and Will got the diagnostic test showing that the gas cap was missing (before I'd been assigned/picked up the car). When Will got busy, he sent Ben (a newbie) to help finish things. They got my part, that fixed the problem, and I was back on the road! Thanks guys!!!

So I had trouble with my Nissan cube not starting so I went to autozone an I was welcomed by an employee name Regan. She helped me with checking my battery, starter, an alternator an they passed. So she has helped me an still helping me to fix my ride an we got it figured out. She is a life saver to me I don’t know what else I would have done but spent a lot to put it in a shop but I got help from her an I’m very happy an satisfied she helped me.. thank you so much Regan for your big help may you blessed I’m many ways

I am so pleased that I could my Autozone online purchase and be returned on my local autopart store with NO questions asked, NO DRAMA. Not sure who the manager of this store is, but here's some advice:
When there are 15 people in the store and waiting in line, tell your employees to IGNORE THE PHONE CALLS until the customers who are actually in the store are served. The callers can wait or call back.
I just wasted 45 minutes here because I came to buy wiper blades, and while I was waiting 20 minutes to pay there were over a dozen people waiting, and the 2 employees in the store kept stopping literally every 30 seconds to answer phone calls! Because of this it was taking them a very long time per customer.
To make it even worse one of the wipers I bought was missing the adapter pieces meaning it was returned and placed back on the rack without these parts. So I came back in and bypassed the line that had now grown to 15 people and quickly grabbed another and the employee scanned my receipt and exchanged it, only to find this one ALSO was missing the adaptor parts! I didn't want to be rude and come in complaining AGAIN when the overworked employees were already struggling, nor did I want to waste another 20+ minutes waiting in line, so I will come back another time to get a refund for my useless wiper blade.
AGAIN - Prioritize the people IN THE STORE over the damn phone calls!! Or -- designate someone to only answer the phone so people who have come into the store aren't waiting 15-20 minutes just to pay!
