they sold Me a bad power steering pump that's was just as bad as the old one and they wont honer the warranty or even refund the core charge when I brought in.

Gotta give a special thanks to James and Brandon who helped me on their own time after hours. Got a spark plug thread stuck in the cylinder and even helped me move the car to get it towed to my house. Very helpful individuals, don’t know what I’d do that night without their help!

There is an employee that goes by the name of FRANK mid to latter 50's he has has brown curley wave hair, and short beard, he gets off work at 5:00 ish , mind you he went beyond and helped a fellow biker who is not to easy of the eyes at first glance, Frank took the time and offered a temporary repair of his stripped out bolts on his harley davidson risers, handlebar clamp on Thursday May 9, 2024... not only came out in the front row of the parking lot to check on the repair making sure the biker could get to home safely to perform the repair, I just wanna say thank you job well done FRANK for taking the time to help that biker out, when I arrived I walked over to the offer advice and give assistance alot of folks pulling in the business parking lot were giving us two the stink eye being judgemental over the bikers appearance, I was dressed in civilian attire and baseball cap still the stink eye, Frank came out to check on us making sure the repair had worked to get the Harley home for repair.
Thanks Frank... We appreciate the extra time and the follow-up you did in making sure we got back on the street safely to our destination.

on May 10, 2024 Frank at counter help approaches me do you own the Chevelle? I replied yes; it's my 1971 Chevelle SS big block 468 V-8 pro-street, I turn around to thank Frank over helping the guy broken down on Harley Davidson repair, not many would have approached the situation, Frank had already left for home.

They keep about everything you might need for driveway auto maintenance. Prices seem reasonable. I find their staff to be distant or even alouf. Helpful when pressed but getting their attention can be difficult. You can never tell who is the lead and whoever that is doesn't seem to try assure good customer service. A shame, really.

I had a warning light come on in my Honda a bit ago indicating that my gas cap needed tightening and next thing I knew a check engine light appeared. With no free time to get to a repair shop recently, I recalled that Auto Zone offers free diagnostic tests. I finally made it by there today and in less than 10 minutes my panic turned into relief as I discovered the issue was a bad gas cap that was allowing moisture from the recent non-stop rain. Thank you for the $14 solution. Having felt the impact of prices for everything skyrocketing lately, you guys made my entire day / week / month!
