My son purchased his first car here June 22,2024 and by August 10,2024 the transmission went out.
At the time of purchase, we haggled the price, it's expected it's a dealership. During the process, we were told there was a 3 month warranty. We called, no answer. Text the sales person, who is a nice guy but has no authority. He responded that he was told we didn't buy an extended warranty, warranty is only good on asking price, we could have had the car inspected before purchase and we can call the store manager to discuss -in summary. Well we were not aware we had to buy the warranty, or that haggling a price voids their offered 3 month warranty. Very true to the fact we could have had the car inspected but pretty sure they would not have found that instead of seals, epoxy was used. They would have had to start removing parts to find that out and basic inspections from what I understand does not include disassembly. Worst thing you want to here is well, part of the problem here is the massive amounts of epoxy on the... Smh. We are now out of pocket 1,000 in repairs which does not completely fix the issues on top of car payments and insurance and he is now back to working part time as the full time position requires him to drive to the next town over so his only form of transportation is sitting collecting dust until he can save to either pay this lemon off and get something new or fix it completely. Continual calls to the office go unanswered. I did my research on this lot too and after good reviews recommended him to go here. That was a big mistake it's a money pit that was sold with issues, the epoxy speaks for itself. Can not recommend a true case of buyer beware. P. S no, the sales contract does no indicate sold as is and I waited to write a review to see if they would make it right, they have not, so here is the review.

Called from southern oregon to try and set up a sale, the rep ran my credit and said I did not qualify for the vehicle I wanted them stated that I do qualify for "x" amount and I said ok I will see you Saturday and asked if I needed anything besides what we have talked about. Fast forwarding to the weekend I'm here in Salem all the way from grants pass, and they stated they wouldn't be able to get me out until Monday while knowing I was traveling up from southern oregon so I feel I it was a little shady whilst knowing I'm from over 3 hours away from home just shady tactics

I purchased our 2012 dodge caravan from Brandon. Our old car (not purchased here) no longer worked for us, i contacted this business and got in touch with Brandon and he helped me very professionally with my loan application even with my bad credit and get us into our new vehicle as quickly as possible. Our car has had no issues so far and has worked greatly to date. I would recommend friends and family here in need of a car.

Sold me a 2012 Volkswagen Passat. Check engine light came on very next day. Took it Salem Volkswagen. Needs $6,700 worth of repairs. Be careful with these people!

Will never recommend anyone to this place again . Brandon & Allen are a joke , bought a car and within a month the engine light comes on and they won’t do anything about it , or even try to help fix the problem.
