Had old phone switched over to a newer phone that I already owned. Everything was there, including older apps I quit using. The only thing I had to add when it was completed were all my different passwords. Now that took me about 1½ days. I am happy with the outcome. Keep ALL your passwords somewhere safe in case you should upgrade.

Hello I want to share my experience with the Hawthorne Store, I went in to visit about so called free phone on Thursday the Feb, 1st at 11:30 and a service agent was very unhelpful and had attitude that was short and unapologetic, I explained I'm going to payoff our account but all his reply was go ahead. This attitude has cost them money on 4 lines plus a very bad review. We wanted to really stay with AT&T but not with that type of service.

This store has always been a great help. I just worked with Dave last night and he was super awesome. Friendly and quick. No pressure to get extra stuff and did what he could to solve my issues/quedtions.

I came earlier in the week to trade in my phone. I was told it would be a $320 credit toward a new phone. The internet in the store doesn't work, so I had to take both phones home to sync them. Then I brought my old phone back to the store yesterday and they said that I wouldn't get a credit for the phone. After they already sold me a new one. And that to return the new phone I would have to pay a restocking fee.

Andy (or andres) was amazing. We had a bunch of phones we needed to switch over and he really went the extra mile to help make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely kind and made the process go as enjoyable as it could be. We really appreciated the extra effort and time he spent to help us out! The best service we have had in a while at any at&t store. Safe to say if my family needs any phone help, we are definitely headed to Andy!!!

The employee by the name of cat has some of the worst customer service I have encountered and this is on more than one occasion. She isn’t helpful or even willing to try and be helpful to customers. Again this isn’t my first experience with her. I never said anything in the past because I considered maybe it was just me or I took her the wrong way, but after today I can safely say it’s her. I really think she shouldn’t be in customer service because it’s so clear she hates it. Andres however was a gem and has wonderful service.Update: I spoke to the manager and she is wonderful. She is willing to address my concerns and as a customer feeling heard matters. Jasmins customer service is what will make me return to this location

Representative Andy was excellent! We have a large amount of items on our account and it can get messy. He took the time to understand what things we were trying to do. He was friendly and patient and got us sorted out with 3 new phones, accessories and a plan for our remaining line upgrades.

I recently moved back to salem and always used this location. I recently had some phone issues and the customer service is still great as it was years ago. Sonia did a great job of helping figure out what I needed to do. Highly recommend this location

Dillon and Tony need to take the pick out of there donkeys and learn how to run a store. Lucky these guys still have any customers at all. Don't use this horrible location

Went in to get a new phone today and I love it. Dillion helped us pick out the phone and hooked us up with awesome financing on the device and accessories. Thank you for the awesome service, Dillon!
