“The South Block Apartments are lovely. Highly recommend. The community is wonderful, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the units are lovely. The location is amazing--walkable to Minto Brown trails and dog park, downtown attractions, and river front. I wish I didn't have to leave due to a family emergency.”

“I have been a tenant here for many years. This management team is the best. I went to see Sarah the other day about a property issue and she was very kind, empathetic and professional. It was fixed the next day. They really care for this community. The pool is kept very clean throughout the summer. The maintenance team is friendly and professional. They follow up on all maintenance issues. The clubhouse is great for parties and small gatherings and the propert is clean and safe. Forrest Ridge is a great place to call home.”
