Almost all the vacuums are clogged. And the only way to find out if the vacuum you want to use is clogged, is by spending money. If only They had employees who did things instead of a bunch of kids who talk on their phones throughout their entire shifts.

This AM/PM location will rip you off for several cents depending on who's there, but the people doing it must be owners or friends of the owners because they have a very arrogant attitude as they do it and any good owner would want more respect given to the customers. I know they must be doing it to several people a day and the change adds up to dollars in their pockets. They take an amount that ain't worth arguing over, but they know what they are doing because they do it consistently and they have done it to more than one person in my family. The same thing happens at the other Lancaster drive location and the location on Portland rd. If you really feel the need to go to an AM/PM steer clear of this location unless you want to just give them free money. Either that or pay with exact change.

My husband & I stopped going to this gas station a year ago after being overcharged many, many times. My neighbors say the same. I belong to neighborhood websites with everyone reporting being overcharged as well. Went there today and sat at the pump for 5 minutes with an employee watching me sit inside my car from one pump away. When I finally confronted him, he told me that it was a self serve pump. The law JUST changed to allow self service! Didn’t realize that there were specific self pump options. The other pumps I could have used had cones on the ground. There should be large, clear indicators that it is self serve! The employee literally watched me sit in my car for 5 minutes. Never a word to ask me why or offer assistance. There was one other car getting gas, and another employee was on that pump side. NEVER AGAIN!

I appreciate the prices but the people who pump the gas are slow, disinterested in if my car is done or not and outright rude. I understand it's not the most thrilling job in the world but that does not excuse rudeness.

Dear Gas Station ManagementI am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your gas station on May 21, 2023. I am a regular customer at your establishment and have always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, during my recent visit, I experienced an unacceptable and racially discriminatory incident involving one of your Spanish gas attendants.On the aforementioned date, I approached one of the gas pumps to refuel my vehicle. The attendant on duty, whom I later learned is of Spanish descent, began his interaction with me in a polite manner. However, as the transaction progressed, he unexpectedly started hurling racially offensive remarks towards me and other white customers present at the time. The comments were derogatory and personally attacking, creating an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment.I want to emphasize that no customer should be subjected to such treatment based on their race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. Discrimination of any kind is not only morally wrong but also goes against the principles of equality and respect that should be upheld by your establishment. It is disheartening to see an employee representing your company engaging in such behavior.I strongly urge you to take immediate action in addressing this matter. It is crucial that appropriate disciplinary measures are taken against the gas attendant involved, as well as ensuring that your staff undergoes comprehensive training on diversity, cultural sensitivity, and customer service. Such training should emphasize the importance of treating all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of their background.Furthermore, I kindly request that you provide a formal apology to the affected customers, including myself, who were subjected to the offensive remarks. Refused to do anything when they overcharged us for a sale item (had to ask for a receipt) - he told me I was wrong (I showed him a photo of the shelf sign {also on a large sign outside}) then he told me "it probably ended", would not let me return the unopened items (we hadn't even left the store) and then would not give me the either the manager's name or phone number so that I could ask them to clear up the overcharge.

This is just plane horrible bussines. I went there to put air on a tire. I was charge and machine was not working. I spoke to the gas attendant and told me there’s nothing he can do. He was on a bad mood. Did not care about this issue.

Well what can I say I was hungry stopped to get a hotdog ? did not look good but get you are hungry I bet a fried rat would be good ? so if it doesn't look good you will find out later . Friendly people ??

Open. 24 hours which is nice. They just added a brand new car wash and several vacuums.
