I had to call for a tow truck, and I am absolutely happy I found this company. From the first phone call until my car was dropped off it was excellent service! Very friendly and respectful, I highly recommend this company!!

Please save yourself time with this company. Was told 45 mins, then 60 mins more on top of the 45, then another 60 mins on top of the other 60 mins. Started at 11:15 am and waited by the car till 2 pm. I wish I could give them zero stars. The driver called me and couldn’t understand anything they said. When I called dispatch to tell them I couldn’t understand the driver they told me that he had not called me. lol. I know he called, he called me 3 times. Super unprofessional business. Stay away. Having to get another company to come help me. Wasted 3 hours waiting by my car.

Service was great it took forever at no fault of AE but because of progressive. Carrie was great at contacting me and working with me on details about my pick up and drop off, and Raul was a great driver who communicated well and was polite and efficient. Highly recommend !

Left my wife I and our 4 kids on side of road at night for 2.5 hours of leading use on they just canceled our tow said they couldn’t do it any more. Very poor customer service.

A&E stole my 99 chevy silverado 1500 5.3l with a bad transmission because they claimed it was illegally parked. i came to tow my vehicle home myself on 4/17/24 after it was there for about a week, but had found out it was towed 2 days earlier. got home to california because oregon did not work out for me, to a notice from A&E saying they had towed my truck and was in storage before auction and i owe them over $600 already and it adds up everyday $60 for storage, truck was parked there for about a week, i am homeless and was working to get the vehicle moved now they want more money than the entire truck is worth. so they want $60 a day for holding it for a month and making it inaccessible to me. So yeah i am not happy with A&E they are charging me a ton of money against my will and stealing my truck at the same time. as for where the truck was parked, it was at the end of a residential street not in anyways way or blocking anything.

Costco's Connect roadside assistance assigned them to pick me up. They said yes in 60 to 90 minutes. After 2 hours they declined the pick up. Here I am waiting for another assignment terrible ?

Got dispatched towing through my insurance and I was quoted an hour for tow truck to arrive it's been 3 and a half hours and no truck. I've been waiting since 4:30 and it's 7:30.

AE Towing was contracted by my insurance company for roadside assistance towing. From the moment my insurance company set up the tow, AE Towing was so fast in arriving sooner than expected, which was very much appreciated! The driver, Flavio was so very friendly, helpful and kind. He totally knew what he was doing! They offered a ride in the tow truck to me, but my husband was there to drive me back home. Fabulous service and highly recommend the AE Towing company! Five stars!

Feel bad for their on call guy who had to come out to unlock my truck in the middle of the night but the service and his attitude was great. Not to mention how quick he showed up.
