We’ve bought several cars from Acura of Salem and we’ve always had a wonderful experience.
We found the car we wanted online. We worked with Kevin in Acura service to buy some additional parts and with Bernardo in sales to finalize the deal. Everything was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership.
Easy process, Kevin and Bernardo were great to work with. We LOVE our new MDX.

We recently purchased a car from Acura of Salem. Everyone was great to work with. Kevin and Mike Schmidt were very helpful getting the right accessories on the car and answering the many questions we had.
Mike Harder and Bernardo were great to work with about the cost of the car and details about the financing.
I would highly recommend this dealership because they were nice to deal with and we got the car we wanted.

My experience with Acura/Mercedes of Salem was smooth and painless. They were very helpful, I went in knowing what I wanted and they didn't try to sale Mr anything unnecessary. Cyndy has still been checking in after I purchased my vehicle and Jeff in finance was very knowledgeable and had my best interest when it came to getting the lowest rate. Overall they were friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend.
