My low mileage 14 yr.old car had more than the usual dents, scratches, and etc. Because I like the car and intend to keep it for a while, I wanted it to look good. I contacted Action Auto Body. I was immediately impressed by the way they operate. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was no pressure for me to spend more than I budgeted. Action is a family business and they treat customers like friends. My car was ready sooner than expected and looks great !! Doing business with Action Auto Body was an all around enjoyable experience.

Had them paint a part, shade did not match rest of car.Also they left some dents without calling and asking if i wanted them taken care of.Signs of a dirty booth as well because finish was not smooth, but bumpy.Very rude to me throughout the process called me names belittling me.Made me promises then backed out of them.Worst customer experience Ive ever had.Use them at your own risk.Service: Painting

Joey is a great owner. He will do whatever it takes to make it right with the customer even if it involves him working later than normal or painting some things for free. His paint work is 2nd to none! Give him a call if you need something matched and see what he can do for you.

They admitted they have little to no knowledge of hybrids and yet they chose to work on my car. After they had it for 5 weeks they claimed they fixed it. They did not. It took another shop figuring out it was out of hybrid system coolant before it would run properly. Then they told me they'd call and let me know when a decal part was in since they had to remove it for the repairs. They never called me. I had the car repaired in October to November 2021. It's now April 2022 and I had to call them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

During cold weather, my outside doorhandle on my car broke. I purchased the replacement part and called Action Auto Body and told them my problem. They gave me an appointment that fit in my schedule. I arrived early and they took me right away. Something that would have taken me hors to fix, they did it in under 30 minutes. Mechanic was very polite and accommodating. I would very highly recommend this company to all my friends and anyone else that wants exceptional service. Extremely afford able for this Army veteran.

This shop is fantastic! They came in with an estimate under their competition (in some cases the estimate was less than half!) and they got me on their calendar right away. The car was ready a day before it was promised, was washed, and looked like new. The workmanship is highly professional. On top of all that, the owners allowed me to drop-off and pick-up after their normal business hours. This hard-working family has been serving Salem for decades.
