Knowledgeable staff most of the time. Last contact did not understand what we wanted despite repeated attempts to describe, name, and all in English. Had to buy needed items (weep covers for windows) on line.

I like race hardware in w. Salem As soon as I walked in there was a salesman ready to help me . He showed me were my item was and I was in and out on under 5 minutes. What I was not liking is the prices. Almost $20 for a 1 gallon gas can. Damn!!
