So today around march 28 around 3:30 PM myself and my kid went to this plaid pantry on Wallace in West Salem I got what I needed is at the front of the register. I pulled out my ID he can't scan it. This person has seen me in the store multiple times and always cause problems. The gentleman in the store starts cussing me out and telling me I need to turn over my fucking ID and I told him that who are you talking to and he's telling me that I'm giving him attitude and I'm being aggressive, which I never even said one word to him the other customers right behind me defending me, I went to the manager and filed a complaint against the male cashier, which other customers went to the manager and felt the same complaint I called over to plaid pantry, corporate office in Portland to let them know what was going on that this male white cashier has always gave me problems and today was the last straw The male cashier was trying to deny me service for something that I didn't even do or say, I was racially profiled once again The district manager that oversees all eight plaid pantry stores her name is autumn she called over to the store, asking what happened I believe that they're going to sweep this under the rug that that man that male Karen is going to be causing me problems. I will not tolerate being discriminated, because of my skin color they male Karen needs to be fired If this is not handled within 24 hours or into a week, I will be calling my lawyer and suing plaid pantry for racial discrimination

Shockingly messy store interior. Coffee station had some empty machines and the counters were neglected. Service was okay but barely acknowledged. Needs a lot of work. The outside grounds are nice and clean though.

Went to get gas tonight at 747pm. There was a young kid who refused to come to the driver side of the door and kept pounding on the passenger side for that window to be lowered so he didn't have to walk around. All while talking on his cellphone. When finished with removing the gas nozzle he walked away not asking if we needed a receipt. Probably the worst gas service I've ever had in my 48 years. I honestly thought we were being punked. Myself and my husband, who is an attorney in the community, will actually never return to this station...even if the price is way lower than the other stations in town merely on principle. It was actually shocking behavior.

All the employees are awesome keep a nice clean store quick and easy getting in and out and they're usually have everything they sell in stock

Absolutely loved stopping in for a fill up and the gas attendant was nice enough to take my credit card inside so I didn't have to get out of my truck Thanks for great friendly courteous service.

This station takes the service out of service station. If you like to wait for someone to pump your gas for more than 10 minutes before they even get to the pump this is the place for you. The good news is there are two more stations if you just keep going down Wallace Road. I recommend the Shell.
