I really debated posting this review. But given the amount of disrespect over a long period of time it needs to be addressed. One of your younger male staff could use some extra training in customer service. I come in either early in the morning or mid afternoon. I am a regular paying customer, and I was going to buy a few Celsius drinks. I was short and didn't see any plus tax markings ( we are a no tax city after all) so I went and got the change I needed since I only live a few houses down. When I came back, and it was rang up a second time than previously, it was a higher amount which was agitating because I had JUST went home to grab the correct amount only to be charged a higher price plus the attitude and disrespect? I did bring back the extra change but THAT is ridiculous. The female who works there, NEVER treats me with that kind of disrespect which is the only reason I still go there. Maybe some extra training for this young man might help his customers out, since I've seen quite a few reviews on his attitude and less than pleasant customer service skills - along with his ear peice that seems to be interfering with his work which I happen to know is against 7-11 policy unless you are the manager.

Upon entering this particular location today, I happened to notice that the card reader most closest to the door was out of the ordinary. Physical inspection confirmed my suspicion. Card Skimmer. It included a hidden PIN pad overlay that captures, stores and transmits via Bluetooth data from cards swiped through the machine, as well as PINs entered on the device. This is a common problem these days. My removal ended up breaking the unit.What worries me is the lack of surprise or emotion at all from the men behind the counter, could they have been in on it? Who knows. They just watched as it crumbled in my hands before I gave it to him so I could pay in cash.It could have been installed by the individual hanging around out front as Bluetooth has a 40 foot range.I'm going to keep coming back to this location. If anything to keep checking for this type of skimmer. Or until I'm 86'dEdit: upon my visit yesterday (5/1/23) it would appear that corporate or the franchise owner had installed brand new card readers that are designed to be harder to covered or have skimmers installed. Also someone broke their door.

Not a huge fan of the 711 here on lancaster, the cashier(s) are always talking on an ear piece in another language and never very friendly... Really, I think I am just super spoiled cause the 711 on liberty in south salem by my house is amazing! It's always clean and the clerks I see most often know me by name and are always friendly! Guess I just expect all to be like that one! Lol

Every time I have gone there to deposit cash on my chime account l, cash app, or PayPal account they can never load my money on to my card. Tonight though, the cashier didn't even try. He walked away before I even finished my sentence.

The guy that works at night very poor customer service has no respect looks at you like he’s above you. I suggest you don’t go in there he will get a attitude and they wonder why they lose customers all the time guy with glasses curly hair I tried to give him a smaller bill he just looked at me n just gave my change back than last he over charged my son he never says welcome in like the others do he is making 7 11 lose customers I’m sure he made us walk around him to get on the other side of the coolers just not ok I was really to the point where I want to call corporate. This customer service was so bad he’s losing customers for sure

I called to ask if they had a certain brand of cigarettes and the guy that answered the phone acted as if he couldnt understand English and then he said "no" very quickly and rudely and hung up on me!My son and I go there all the time and it's never been friendly service there!They need customer service skills badly!Maybe someday they will get a clue on how to respect others.
