Very Bad Customer Service! I was using their fitting room and the curtain was even open because I was just fitting a shoes then the cashier came and ask in a weird way "Is everything ok there? I was wondering too because I was sitting and trying the shoes and again the curtain is open and my cart is outside so I said "YES", then in a few minutes I went back to fit a pants and together with the shoes this time the curtain is of course closed I was not even 5 mins. then Janine said again "Hey ah we need the fitting room? (sarcastic way) this time I am really annoyed and still answered her politely, "I am here using it?" and she said well there are people on line, so I went outside fast and saw only one there, again I was not even 3 or 5 mins at the fitting room. And there is another customer who heard the way this staff approached me the customer said, "That was rude!" so I said "YES she is rude!" so I went to the manager and tell her what happened, all she said is "Oh we have a lot of people stealing here." I said well I am not that people, in fact I go here every week to shop. I said you don't treat all your customer stealers! that is not right! and there is always a kind way to ask us, a nicer or polite way, most especially there is a saying "innocent if not proven GUILTY!! "RACIST!!!!!!The manager said I will talk to her but no one even apologized. so just like that, they have an excuse to treat people rude because some people are stealing at the store. Innocent people should not suffer the consequences of what other people did! The staff who did this is the one that has long hair and wearing glasses, she usually at the counter of clothes section. But honestly all of them are rude, when you are at the counter paying you will always hear the cashiers gossiping about their other co-workers and this happened a lot of times. Great store but very poor staff / management! THEY ALL need serious TRAINING!

Came in looking for antique furniture. Good variety of items, reasonably priced. Outdoor gear, BBQ items, electronics, clothes, cookware, party supplies. I was also blown away by how friendly everyone inside the store was! If I'm ever in town again, I'll definitely be back.

Pricing has gotten way higher since the last time I was here. The red basket sale is confusing and should be clear/concise/clarified. A lot of not so great stuff to pick through to see the little bit of better stuff. Anything that's actually good is in a little nook where they overprice things. One thing I do like is their craft section. Lots of random things and good fabric remnant prices.

Great place for used items. Cheap books and clothes. It supports the St. Helens senior center. The place runs on volunteers and a few paid staff. You never know what you will find. My 16 year old found a new dress with tags and sandals for 11.00. She loves going shopping here.

Not only do they have great buys everyday.... the staff has become very pleasant. I do and I don't recommend this store. I do because you can't find a better little store and I don't because I don't want to give everybody my secret shopping spot. They get new stuff everyday. It's very well worth checking out when you have a minute. Happy treasure hunting

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. The prices are awesome (ask about the basket sale), the store is clean and organized, and the employees are very nice. I love the fact that they price small items, such as craft supplies, for cheap instead of just throwing those kinds of things away like a certain large chain thrift store does. They also have great sales, up to 90% off. Shout-out to the lady who was taking donations Friday morning at 10:30, I wish I'd gotten her name. She was extremely kind to me when I was in a very stressful situation. I'd give them six stars if I could. Only criticism is I wish they were larger!

I really enjoy thrifting here! The $5 basket sale is a WIN every time. 30 items that do not have tags on them and that are listed on the board around the store. I found a Balenciaga bag here. And some MK also some coach and plenty of other high end brands. I highly recommend ? ☺️ this thrift store. I still never made it to the other side of the store. It's split in two. Staff are always amazing, except one. She is really rude and "Karen" attitude ? ? ?
