I must say I am so pleased with the rent and how wonderful Shannon is. Ever since moving to scappoose I had my trailer at another location and the rent kept going up. Since being at storage pal I have had nothing but great experiences. Hope more people find out about this place and use it it’s great! Thanks Shannon for everything.

I showed up today and found someone else using my spot. Service person was gruff and unprofessional. I got no satisfaction. I am cancelling my use of their service.

I was immediately impressed with how quickly Aaron contacted me after I signed up for a space. Not only did Aaron welcome and thank me for signing up, he provided access information and expressed a genuine desire to be of assistance. As it turned out, I decided to upgrade to a larger site and when I asked for his assistance, he provided excellent service.
