You'd expect the keepers of your possessions to be cranky old Misers just waiting for you to make your payment late so they can auction off all your worldly possessions.. NOT HERE! Chris and Bryan are professional, knowledgeable,
accommodating, and thoughtful. They also keep the grounds maintained and (at least from what I've seen) the units in impeccable condition. This is the cleanest, most well run storage facility I've ever had the pleasure of storing with. If you are looking to store your stuff in Columbia County, THIS is the place to do it!

Was locked in and locked out on many occasions with little too no help from customer service and a deduction of .20 c for each day locked out.

I really couldn't be happier. When I discovered that I chose the wrong size unit for my things not only were they happy and willing to let me upgrade. I was expecting more fees and there were none. They were extremely friendly and helpful. If their other locations are as good as the one in St. Helens I would truly recommend their service

extremely clean, well secured. impossible to miss, and chris the mngr is just awesome! he knew i was in our unit in 90 degree weather all day and came to check on me with some water. bless his big heart! maybe he just didnt want a bloated dead body to worry about in hot weather but really i think he is just a caring guy. 10 out 5 stars
