Paid to have an engine replaced at the end of 2022. They returned my car without attaching the engine to the transmission. I almost got killed. I was left on a cliffside for 9 hours. Until I could get a tow truck with my last money. I was told I could bring it back in and pay for another diagnosis at that point, one week after it being returned with a supposed replacement engine. They had it over a month the first time and again after the near death experience. Returned it without the ac working the 2nd time it was given back. Was told I didn't pay to make that work. Invoice disagrees. A few months after that i was stranded in the side of the road again...i have been calling for over 7 months, leaving messages. Ignored..
They stole thousands of dollars from me. A disabled single mother. Now we're stranded. My kids can't get to the doctor, I can't get to groceries. I can't even drive my kids to school. My youngest will have to leave it entirely thanks to Eatons/Alliance taking every dollar my family had and not actually fixing our car but instead risking our lives, repeatedly.
Beware. They may care if you're friends but once you pay they act like they've done you a favor by keeping your car for months at a time and not even caring enough to connect the engine to the transmission, despite 3 children being transported in the vehicle. They don't care about the quality of the work they do or the customers safety. Satisfaction? That's not a factor here, how much money they can take while being rude and unprofessional, that's what they offer at their businesses. That's what we got. And they got what, 5... $6000.00...? For storing my vehicle for about 4 months and returning it broken repeatedly.
Obviously, I'm forced to leave one star to even leave this, they deserve negative stars for risking my children's life and my own and destroying the holidays for my family for 2 years in a row. And leaving us stranded again... Without concern or care since they only want money not work. I have my call records and all invoices... Of course no invoice for the transmission being unconnected and then repaired... But i do have witnesses for that... And texts and call records.
Going to explore a lawsuit since they've avoided all calls for all of 2023.

Look at all the cars in the parking lot that been sitting for months maybe years, that should tell you right there to stay away.

Beware! Had our vehicle fixed here. We were first quoted around $280-$300, which we were ok with. A day later we got a call back from them letting us know that they had misquoted us, it needed a sensor as well and that the new quote was $481, which we were ok with too. Once they actually finished fixing our vehicle, we then were told that the final price after they finished the repair was $751, which we were not aware of. We then asked why the extra $271? Their response was that they misquoted us and that it needed a sensor, and this was just the final price. We asked, why didn't you call and tell us this? We were then told by them that they made a mistake again and that we just had to pay them because they had already fixed it. This was not what we had agreed to twice and are disappointed with this whole transaction. If we had known, we would have never agreed to this, but we are sure that they felt that they could just do this to us because we had already allowed them to switch the price on us before with the second quote. We are not sure why they are practicing bad business, but we are sure that they don't care. They demanded payment in which we unhappily paid and told us that they couldn't do nothing to help us. There are plenty of good mechanics around who do not do what this place does and anyone who is planning to use this place should think twice before having them do work on your vehicle because apparently, they will misquote you over and over and end up charging you extra for their mistakes. Definitely will not be recommending this place or using them ever again. Hope they got their monies worth from us because we definitely were cheated.

Battery acid had eaten away at some transmission cooling lines pretty severely on my car. They got me in quickly & were up front with all costs (which were also reasonable). They went above & beyond to provide excellent service all around.

They went out off their way to stay after hours to put my car in the garage and worked on my car first thing on the morning.

It's only been a day, but as far as I can see they did what they said and what was needed for the quoted price and expedited the repair in front of an ice storm so I'd have my car sooner than later. Up front with everything, including the fee for using a credit card so no surprise there which was nice.Friendly, fast, and accommodating. No complaints.

I had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance, i got the car tjere a day early. i told them car doesnt start most of the time. During a 3 week period i stopped and asked what tje progress was and they said they got it started but died, and didnt want to push it in the shop, so it sat until i took it to Dr.auto.

I started my Yelp account just so I could leave a review for Alliance. Dan and crew are awesome. They rebuilt the exhaust on my 91 chevy. Tyler and crew (at Eatons) did various work (fixed a transmission fluid leak, replaced starter, etc). Could not recommend these two shops enough. If you're in the st Helen's area and need auto work done, do yourself a favor and reach out to Alliance and/or Eaton's
