The staff were friendly and helpful when deciding the proper product to use for my patio walk way. They gave great suggetions and offered tips. They were fast at loading my sand and pavers, and made sure I had all my questions answered.

the web site is complete junk Willamette gray stone should just keep putting their name in the yellow pages and leave it be. No prices no inventory to look at gallery of costumers projects nice SO dam what .. USELESS if you have no idea what your dream project will cost or just the cost of a little fire pit Give it up Gray stone your ,mission statement doesn't match your useless web site will be forced to purchase the 3 pallets of CMU from Lows at least I can figure my cost and dont have to take takeoff work to purchase and shop your store. I know that Gray stone was bought out a few years back and now I dont care Go away and make room for a store that is open on the weekends with a web site that is not a waist of time to look at . Thank you I was told from the Local contactor Gary stone only wanted to work with contractors and didnt like the PUBLIC I do believe that now for sure .

Wouldn't even give them a star. Dishonest and will drive to eugene from now on. Had to pay for my stone twice. Make sure you have in hand what you pay for!

In an age of electronic purchases like credit or debit cards, a strict rule of returns only with a receipt is ridiculous. They track purchases in their computer system. I had to provide a name, address and phone number to make a purchase. I used a debit card which will show up in their purchase records. Now, because their estimate of how much polymeric sand I would need was 7 bags too much (I only used 5 of the 12 bags they calculated) they won't take it back because I didn't keep the receipt. They are the only supplier of the grey version of this product in Roseburg.The "manager" was rude and wouldn't even take the time to check their records to verify the purchase.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had plenty of stock on hand. They made the process from deciding to loading very easy. I would highly recommend.
