-no one answers the phone at the Roseburg location including calls from corporate, that has been reported to me. -3 Branches have been closed in the area in the last three years. -Bankers are never available, they want you to do all business over the phone. -the waits in line are 30 to 40 minutes long. -they are short handed on tellers. -all of the Wells Fargo ATMs go down quite often.

Archaic bank with a ghost town vibe. Never more than 1 counterperson working at a time. No drive thru. Employees walking around doing nothing while theres a long line of people waiting and leaving out of disgust and frustration. Rude little dude with an arrogant attitude walking around doing nothing but asking people in line questions about why they are there instead getting behind the counter and doing his job.This bank is still living in the past just as their decorations imply.

When I got them to answer my call they were very rude to me . Told me to go back to my hometown bank branch. Now I'm worried I won't have anybody that will help me locally

22 people in line, drive up closed! Come on folks, this Is Not good customer service even if you're the only real bank in town..... 45 minutes later, still waiting for someone able to do a wire transfer for me. Inexcusable . One hour later, still no one, just sitting here.

Long lines always, drive through always closed, no night drop. Hate having to wait 30 minutes to make a deposit that takes 60 seconds. Absolutely hate that the manager, and other people at the desks don't seem to help, at least I've never seen them. Tellers are nice but come on people, why still bank here. I only do because I have to make corporate deposits. Update- 20 minutes later. A desk person did start helping with the elderly which I 100% support. But then, when they were done, instead of starting at front of line, she started helping people who just walked in the door. Soooo frustrating.

Always short people, Always a line and always at least 30-45 min wait on payday. This bank used to run a lot better 10 years ago. The employees are nice and helpful but omg they need more people. This negative review is directly towards corporate not any of the employees.

I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra this morning. The staff was empathetic and polite. I decided to change my lastest review based of my experience today. I would suggest being a little more candid when dealing with unusual circumstances while at the main teller area. Good job turning my opinion around today.

Literally worst bank in Roseburg. Slowest service, drive thru hit and miss if it’s open.hardly ever see more than two reps working. Ridiculous

I've never had any trouble at this branch - everyone has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Recently my social security number was compromised. I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process. I've been a Well Fargo customer for decades and they have never let me down. Thanks Well Fargo!

I am very disappointed, when I used the Sutherland branch, I was greeted with smiles and instant help! Today the Roseburg branch after waiting in a long line of customers, they simply cannot seem to find any way to help me. I wanted to open a new account, instead I was turned away and requested that I get an online appointment to make an appointment, after I drove 30 minutes to get personal service, but I was refused, upsetting indeed! Do you not provide personal service anymore?

I have NEVER in all my years dealt with a more incompetent bank in my life.This company cares nothing about customer service.I don't know how these people manage to tie their own shoes much less manage money.I have owned and operated multiple successful business over the last 35 years and have never seen this level of incompetence.Please join me in BOYCOTTING this business.

Pervides adaquite, minimum, slow service. Is extremely poor on any and all cumunation that they do everything they can to minimize and confusing. The drive thru service has been inactive for at least a month, and is still unavailable, with no warning, or notice of closere, also least amount of signs to give any hint of it being out of order, no cones or anything at beginning of drive through. They look closed but their not.
