Went to get over the counter allergy meds. Was told by pharmacist they have them but won't sell them because they are holding them for other people. Do you have to bribe Someone to get meds here? I'm confused.

Outside of standing in line, which is difficult for disabled customers, this is a decent place to get Rx filled and pick up items needed.

Customer service is never the slightest concern for this pharmacy.60% of the time they are completely incompetent, and about 90% of the time they are absolutely rude. WG is also one of the most expensive pharmacies in America (always within the top 3 most expensive for any drug on the market).There are plenty of other pharmacies, don't waste your time or money on this one. The management at this store is some of the worst you will ever find.

Marquee says "covid 19 testing here" despite the fact that they don't. Employees "don't know why" it says that. It would cost $129 out of pocket and OHP doesn't cover any of that anyways. 2 home tests are $20 elsewhere. Maybe change your sign back to 3 for 10 diet soda or whatever the hell opposite of healthy things you feel the need to push.

I have had the BEST experience with this pharmacy! They are very organized, efficient, helpful, and kind. I am so impressed with them! Not only were my prescriptions filled immediately after being sent in by my doctor, but they found my insurance information in their system easily (and I had never filled anywhere there before!). In addition, the service I received from every staff member went above and beyond.

I was in your store 2 days ago. While I was shopping I couldn't help but hear 2 female employees in the back joking around and laughing . I was in the store for almost 1 hour, they never came out to work and continued to laugh and play around. All the while there was 1 young man working the register and doing what he could by himself between helping customers and working the register.. I thought you should know because this is so inappropriate for a work place. No one should be left alone in the front by themselves when a store is open. You have 2 employees you are paying to work and they are not working.

after waiting for a very long time for help at the pharmacy, including making eye contact, I was told I had to go through the drive through, something that they could have answered in under 15 seconds with a "hi! what are you here for?"The workers are generally cold, not friendly, not helpful, etc.

Very clean, well-stocked, nice selection of products, good pricing. Has a program for discounts and coupons. Also has a pharmacy.

I booked a couple shots for my daughter on line. When I got to the store I was told "we dont do those" they were not apologetic and clearly didnt care.

Had a scheduled Covid test this morning for the other Walgreens in town…. And showed up to see this. I understand if you get sick and you don’t have staffing, but to not notify and transfer the test to another pharmacy is unacceptable and terrible customer service. So headed to the other Walgreens in town, to only be treated rudely, and unable to get a test. The pharmacist manager Kim was exceptionally rude, unaccommodating and infuriating.

I had 1 refill left and their app deleted my refill. Now they're saying I never had one when my doctor said I did have one refill left. I called and the pharmacy technician kept on lying to me and even raised his voice and cut me off even though I have proof that I did have one refill left when their app deleted it off my profile

Made an apt online for a covid test. Waited in line for 45 minutes and was told that they didn’t have lab requisition slips and that also shipping tests would take 10 days. Two excuses to say that they couldn’t do my test that don’t make a whole lot of sense. Should disable scheduling for these tests if they are not being offered. Only making the line for prescription drive through longer and delaying care for possible covid.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for years, but it’s gotten so bad lately that I’m going to change pharmacies. Constant problems with computers and phones, and the staff just doesn’t seem to care when there’s an issue. It’s just an “oh well” attitude.
