I went into print some pictures off, the guy asked me if I needed help I told him yes I did. He came over picked up a cord said I don't know how to help you with your phone. Then why ask me if I need help. The store employs some of the most incompetent people

The manager Chris sent my package back because he doesn't know how to do hos job. He and his henchman Shawn (very rude) both told me it was my problem!! Like I had anything to do with FedEx!! I would like to be contacted by someone!! This has caused me alot of trouble.

My sons bottle spilled in the car and we had no food for him. We stopped here and the associate showed us where the formula was! They had his specific brand in stock and it was fairly reasonable. We also got a 6 pack of bottled water. The line at the cash register was long, but she got through it quickly and professionally. I had two methods of payment, check and card and she did it effectively. Everything was great.

Walgreens is the pharmacy supported by my health insurance so I use it. Luckily, I like Walgreens better than other drug stores so it works out well. I've gone here to pick up a prescription and for a Covid booster shot. The prescription was quick and easy. The booster shot took a bit more time than I expected. I called to get an appointment time but when we got to the store-20 minutes early-there were a number of other people waiting. The gentleman giving the booster shots was called to the drive-thru window so he was running here and there. It took an hour past my appointment time to get in and out. It would have been good to have him only working the appointments. But all places seem to be short staffed these days. This Walgreens is clean, well stocked and service is good. I will definitely be back!

Everyone is kind and helpful. Customers that passed me or at check out are kind. The best cards I have seen in Roseburg. Good selections of most everything.

For the most part their location is very convenient for me their prices are a little high but my main thing is they're ATM machine needs to be properly taken care of it is down too much too long pull your heads out and provide your customers with what they need.

Where do do you find you're employees? Walked in and stood there clearly not knowing where to go. Young female cashier just stares at me...no hello, no "can I help you find anything". I ask her where are eye drops? She says "somewhere on the back wall" and acts like if she takes one step away from register she be electrocuted! I find the product and bring to her to pay. I say the tag says 1 dollar off, she replies "it's probably for online" I say no, the tag says nothing about online. She then just stares at me. I finally say, "I will go take a picture of the tag". I bring back the picture and it says "instant in store coupon". She rings it up with haste and can't even be bothered to tell me the total. Rude, lazy and clueless employee that seemingly can't even speak to the customer. Believe it or not customer service is still a thing in America. DO BETTER WALGREENS!

This pharmacy could not fill a prescription in a timely manner if someone's life depended on it and last time I was in there they gave someone too large of a dose of something, the patient noticed and went and said something before leaving the store. All these fancy degrees and they can't even get a dose right or fill something that you're not supposed to just randomly stop taking.

HELLO MANAGMENT DO YOU SEE THESE RECENT REVIEWS?! This pharmacy does not care for their customers. It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. I have waited on hold for an hour at times. One time I drove to the pharmacy still on hold and saw there were 3 people working and no one was answering the phone!You must call to request a fill when your doctor sends a new prescription. You cannot do it online or through the auto messaging.Here I am waiting again for someone to answer the phone! I wish Bi-mart would reopen their pharmacy so I don't have to deal with this place anymore!

I used to be pretty brand loyal to Walgreens but have changed my mind about that drastically. The Walgreens website says that their Covid test results are back in 48 hours but when you go to get the test they inform you that it might be five days before you get the results. If you have a prescription to be filled be sure to call and ask if the prescription is ready before you wait in line for a half an hour for pick up. It takes over two days to get a script filled. Walgreens needs to pay their employees more so that they can get more employees.

While the staff is super pleasant, the overall service has really declined over the last year. This location used to be open on Sundays and has now decided to close completely and shorten their hours during the week too. Now I’m noticing that it takes 3-4 days for refills, and that’s after I call and complain that I’m out of my medicine. I used to be able to get them refilled same day. The drive up has always been slow, but my god! I’ve sat in line more than 45 minutes on multiple occasions and inside isn’t much better. At least in my car I have a place to sit and wait. Really need to get their act together soon or they may loose my business for good. And if I go, my mom and dad go with me.

Had a scheduled Covid test this morning…. And showed up to see this. I understand if you get sick and you don’t have staffing, but to not notify and transfer the test to another pharmacy is unacceptable and terrible customer service. So headed to the other Walgreens in town, to only be treated rudely, and unable to get a test. The pharmacist manager Kim was exceptionally rude, unaccommodating and infuriating.

They (the pharmacy) are unwilling to help their customers and fulfill their health needs. They are quick to turn customers away with no issue and no follow up to help with the matters at hand.
