We go into Walgreens mainly to use our FSA medical card through Atrio we have to give a shout out to cashier Laura she's so joyful and welcoming and really helps us find all we need and makes sure the discounts show up.

Incredible pharmacy techs with a big heartNeeded a glocometer. The technician paid for it from his own pocket. Told me not to worry about it.Mind blown

Walgreen Drug Stores are pretty much the same everywhere. They have the standard inventory. What differs is their service. We went there this week for the flu and our Covid booster. We arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment time to be safe since there is usually time in line and filling out the required form. The line was short and it was no time before we finished checking in and sat to be called. There seemed to be a couple people doing vaccinations since I saw two going in the little rooms. It took 30 minutes to get the paperwork and only 3 minutes to fill it out. Then we sat another 15 to get called in to get the vaccination. The gentleman apologized for being late as they had him running all over. He did a great job doing the injections so I could hardly feel it. But, it was close to an hour by the time we finished. Service has been good. The only thing is taking so long to get a vaccination, otherwise, it would be a 5. Service is everything. The store needs more help in the pharmacy area. FYI: The pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm for a meal break. I think because they must have a pharmacist in the area when working and the pharmacist gets a half hour lunch break. They are closed Sat & Sun.

I used to be pretty brand loyal to Walgreens but have changed my mind about that drastically. The Walgreens website says that their Covid test results are back in 48 hours but when you go to get the test they inform you that it might be five days before you get the results. If you have a prescription to be filled be sure to call and ask if the prescription is ready before you wait in line for a half an hour for pick up. It takes over two days to get a script filled. Walgreens needs to pay their employees more so that they can get more employees.

I have been going to the Stephens location since It opened. The 1 & 1/2 - 2 years now almost every time I have went I have been treated absolutely horrible by the older lady who works as a cashier. There was a display of movies on the counter at the checkout and my son picked one up and said "Mom can we.. That's all he got out she took it out of his hand and said it's expensive and not to touch. I said excuse me? Do not speak to my son that way and I actually would have purchased it. (we had been wanting to see It) He was asking me if we could get it. She literally had nothing to say. There was 2 other people in line behind me and one lady said omg are you serious? To the cashier. They both were shocked at how rude she was also. Every single time we have went in she is just so rude and hateful. My mom was in there another time, and she was completely out of line and hateful. It's happened to myself on multiple occasions. There was a post on rants and raves on Facebook were people were talking about how rude this lady was to them also. I called the store and spoke with the manager and was told they would speak to her but if they even did speak to her, her attitude has not changed. I know with the pandemic people are stressed etc but this has been happening since before business were short handed etc and to be that was every time! I love the sales but I stopped going unless for some reason I absolutely have to which is very rare, I'd much rather go anywhere else in town! I miss the lady Mary that used to work there for many many years, she had dark hair. She was always so sweet.

today i called walgreens pharmacy to find out in they have a medicine that i need for my mom. the lady who helped me said that she did not have the medicne after i spelled the name for her. fine.thanks. i drove over to the pharmacy to find out if they have some other medicine. when i asked to the person who helped me said yes i spoke with you over the phone and i said we dont have it. her attitud was not the right one. she called some one else to talk to me. i felt that she wanted to get rid of me. i tried to explain what type of medicine was, she said again i never seen that before. the problem is not what she said is the way she said it. i can not say that she is anti mexicans or she is afraid of what president trump says about us. because i dont know hers state of mine. but truly she made feel discriminated. mexican people moves o good part of the local economy and we also are persons. walgreens is a good company is just a company with bad luck of having a bad employee. im sure you will have problems understanding my english but you wont have problems reading it.
