I broke the glass tank on my vape & was 3 hours away from home, where I knew where to go to fix the issue. I then turned around & broke the backup tank as well. I was ready to cry. After about an hour calling around, I found this place. They weren't sure they could help yet suggested I come into the store so they could see my vape. Turns out I had reached the correct people. I bought 2 tanks while I was there & now know where to go when I'm visiting family away from my comfort zone.

Quit smoking Hello i would like to thank Jason from Smokeless solutions for helping me quit smoking cigarettes and finding a Smokeless solution. I went in to one of his stores, "Smokeless Solutions," and let him know my goals. He set me up on a plan according to how many cigarettes a day i smoked. Which helped with having no cigarette cravings. Which consisted of the vape pen and e-liquid. He checked on me daily, for a couple of weeks to see if i was still smoke-free. Which i was, outside of a couple times in beginning. It wasnt the craving it was the want because of the familiarity. Each time he was kind and patient and non-judgmental and got me back on track.. Now, here it's been a month and I am cigarette free and using the vape pens as I would like. Actually using or putting less nicotine in my body. I like to have 2 of them personally. One for a stronger 50 mg dose for the moment, I feel like I really need nicotine and the other with the 18 mg dose, for it is puffing and crusing. Which I enjoy having them both period on a good note if I ever decide. I don't want any nicotine. It has been easier to step away from this than the actual cigarette. Why I did not post sooner.. I wanted to give you a full experience and time to past. It takes an average of 21 days to break habits. Which I cleared it with flying colors this time. In the past i tried using patches, medications, counseling, and failed. This was much easier of a transformation for me. Again, thank you to Jason and his lovely staff. If Jason is not at the location, it's ok. His staff is well knowledgeable too, and can help.

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have great prices on vape liquids and coils. Their exclusive Pixie Dip is the best vape flavor I've ever tried. I enjoy going there and I will definitely return as well as refer others there.

This is not a company to work with. They are rude and unhelpful. I bought merchandise from them and minutes later found it faulty. I went back in and was basically told they wouldn't help me, nor would they make it right. They took my money and i have nothing to show for it. Won't ever go there again, nor should anyone else! I see you responded, however there was something wrong. The tank wouldn't stay together. The young man had a problem with it as well. The girl working there was rude and wouldn't listen. It had nothing about going to the "competition" it had more to do with not getting any customer service from your employees. Your competition didn't swindle, corhorse, or anything elseI needed a working tank and he was very helpful, whereas i wasn't getting any help from the kiddos working for you. I was basically told can't help you. I bought the tank went to my car to put it on my mod and things weren't right. Took it back upstairs within 10 minutes. So, you aren't catching the full story from your employees. There was a problem, but apparently a tank that won't screw together properly doesn't count. Nor the factthat the young man had a problem with it as well.

Update: The owner contacted me and remedied the situation. Replaced the vape, and I'll make sure to keep packaging in the future. It's unfortunate that the manufacturer has such strict return requirements, but that's not Smokeless Solutions' fault. Preserving the original review below to show they still go out of their way to take care of their customers:Have been a customer for years. Originally started going to the shop on Harvard when it was Vape Crusaders, where my first experience was great. A different shop had sold me my first vape but with the wrong coils, and these guys set me up right and didn't even charge me. Vastly different experience this last month. First, the Stephen's location sold me a new vape which was not intended for salts, which I didn't realize. Went in to get a coil replacement which is when I was informed it was dangerous to use salts in the vape they sold me. They were unable to issue a refund or swap, so I had to buy another new vape. Less than a week later, it stops holding a charge. I had the vape, and the receipt. But I didn't have the original box. No refund, no replacement, nothing they can do. I've recommended this shop to everyone I know for years, now I'll suggest they go online where it's cheaper. Disappointed.

Since it is no longer possible to order my supplies online, I decided to try Smokeless Solutions as a local source. The woman who helped me was rude and condescending. I would have left but the options in this town are limited. I got a Smok vape for $55. It was way overpriced. Bottom line is poor customer service, and the price was very high and the product is OK, but not that great. I won't be returning to this store for future purchases.

The only shop I go to for anything to do with my vape . The customer service I get is good. Any concerns I have or issues I have with my Vape they take care of the problem . They are always positive
