The customer service lady, Dawn was currently helping someone else but warmly invited me in and to have a seat. She made getting a phone up and running easy and friendly. I would suggest Us Cellular off of Stephens st. any day!!

I went to U.S Celluar this morning because my daughter and granddaughter had traveled to Africa and after purchasing international phone services through this branch , she couldn't use it. She needed banking information that she and my granddaughter couldn't get because of no service. Stuck thousands of miles away with no access to money. So, my daughter called me on messenger and wanted me to get her help. She asked me if I would take my phone in to the store so my daughter could speak to her to figure out the problem. I was a couple minutes early (the store opened at 10. The lady inside saw me and it was past 10 when she opened the door. I was grateful to be at the store where I knew I could get help for my daughter. I told her my daughter was on the phone and needed help and would like to talk to her. And explained the situation. She had previously helped my daughter get the international calling and remembered my daughter. She had put on blue gloves before opening the store. She wouldn't take the phone and I was holding it up so that my daughter could hear her. She started backing up and said "get away you're scaring me. That I was to close." I was across the counter from her. Probably 8 to 10 feet away. She started talking to my daughter from across the room and was practically yelling . She told my daughter to go to the nearest U.S. Cellular store and they would help her. There is no U.S. Cellular store in Cameroon, Africa. She said she needs to call the 888 number. I told her how would you like it if your family was stuck without money in that situation. Only then did she start act normal. She was exaggerating the situation and was acting dramatic. She was rude, aggressive, hateful, unprofessional and mean. My daughter had been up for three days straight, exhausted. How shameful! I've never seen such crazy behavior. I worked customer service my whole life. Truly bizarre behavior.

I was at the US Cellar on Stephen's Street in Roseburg OR today and had a very Awesome employee, Dawn help us out at that address. Went to see what we could do about decreasing our bill. She was able to get us at a more comfortable amount. Went out of her way to help us with all our concerns. 5 stars.

Thank you John for putting up with my whole situation at this store on the 13th! He spent 3 hours being an amazing associate with me and the other walk ins happening all by himself! I spent a while with the other worker as well, she is just as sweet and attentive. An amazing experience everytime I visit!
