Always Slow service at this branch!!! Came to withdraw my mature CD, but the male teller try his way of not giving my OWN MONEY!!! Saying the could match the local credit union rate that he would need to call his manager and tell me to come back the next day!!! Nobody ever called me the next day. What kind of policy is that to hinder pulling client own money!!!

I'm in a serious long-term relationship with U. S. Bank. Over the years I've always loved their excellent customer service and smiling faces. Even though U.S. Bank is National they have always cared about me as a Local. I absolutely recommend U.S. Bank with 2 thumbs up.

Went in to cash a check drawn off one of their customers. They charged a $7.00 fee. Branch manger declined to waive the fee fully knowing the greed was going to cost them a negative review and I personally will never bank with them for any products.

U.S. bank is pathetic & We are changing banks now. Poor customer service, lying, hang up on customer when they don't have the answer to a concern. Beyond extreme unprofessionalism & worse than I have ever experienced except for a fast food drive-thru I recently paid my last visit to. Unbelieveable & they should be embarrassed.

US Bank has the worst customer service. They close branches in small towns, have the least open hours of all banks and credit unions in our town, and treat you like you are a problem they have to deal with rather than a customer who has been with them for 15 years both personal and business! No reason to bank here anymore it's worth the trouble to change accounts believe me. I bank online mostly, but needed a cashiers check in order to buy a piece of equipment for work. I called the branch twice but no one answered, so I drove the 30 miles to town after work. Arrived at 4:10 pm to see a woman closing the bank. I asked why the Bank wasn't open until at least 5 and she laughed and said it hadn't been open that late in a long time. Local credit unions are! I

The woman that opens and closes the bank when the manager isn't there is a lier and talks behind your back. Dont go to that bank at all. She will stab you in the back

How can a bank close at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and have NO drive up teller services available? Very inconvenient! Covid is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Really inefficient and slow. Tellers have different rules they follow. Typically have only one teller actively helping customers in line. Even if there are several people in line, they don't get more tellers. Don't go on Fridays after 4pm for sure!
